Paid $20,000 AUD for a robot body F custom Tanya with a second Anika sensex insert along with the standard insert, it took 2 years to receive and I was sent a standard head no customisation, 2 of the same inserts. Realdoll refuse to rectify their mistake and have made the head obsolete without an upgrade and won’t communicate about that either since I complained.

This is an awesome company. Matt, Jeff, and Sam have been incredible dating back to my original purchase date. The Serenity Robotic head and apps are amazing and constantly being updated. Matt is a perfectionist, and as an artist/creator, he will not stop until he is happy with all products. In today's world it is extremely rare to experience such professionalism, creativity, and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this company!

So...on the web site is still says 4-6 weeks and your item ships..it's been what almost 8 weeks..I was called by a very nice lady and told..hopefully November or December..notnsaying anything bad other than thier customer service is garbage, I didn't get a call till week 7..if I was told December in June I would have just not ordered it..So be prepared to wait and also not get any help..As for the product I have no clue amd unfortunately can't review..if I get it sooner I will come back amd change and update 500 bucks for 6 months is crazy.
