Velocity Las Vegas

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY! We celebrated our girl’s birthday with their Bowling Bash package and it was an absolute HIT! 🎳✨ Kids and adults had the BEST time — nonstop laughs, strikes, and so much fun all around. Pro tip: ADD the 1-hour unlimited arcade upgrade. Trust me. Unlimited arcade games for a full hour? You can’t beat that! It took the party to the next level. 🎮🔥 The food was delicious and more than enough for everyone. We had 32 guests and the space was perfect — roomy, comfortable, and great for mingling while the kids bowled their hearts out. And can we talk about the staff?! Adrian, our host, was top-notch — honest, attentive, and made everything completely stress-free. Truly a rockstar! 🙌 And Sarah, our event coordinator, was incredibly responsive and handled every change so quickly and smoothly. If you’re looking for a fun, seamless, high-energy birthday party experience — THIS IS IT. We’ll definitely be back! 🎉💖

This was a great place to host my daughters 13th birthday! The pre service was amazing with incredible communication. Once we got there, the waiter introduced himself and he was amazing as well. He did such a great job.! the food was perfect. The kids had a great time and the adults were able to go to the bar and have adult drinks if they chose.

The video games are cool, the bartenders are cool, all the food was really delicious. The nachos were loaded up, the sampler platter was tasty and had some nice variety. The crunch wrap supreme was tasty as well. Overall cool place for kids and adults, might do the karaoke next time

Everything was perfect for our annual Christmas party. The process of booking the private room was seamless and easy due to the assistance of the two event coordinators, Kaitlyn and Sarah, who helped us book our party. Above all, they were accommodating with our requests and always responded to me promptly. Our servers, Jelissa and Winston, were wonderful and very patient. They were attentive to all our needs during our party. There was an error on our final bill, resulting in an overcharge of 25%. However, Jelissa and Winston brought it to my husband's attention, and it was quickly resolved. We mention this because they caught the mistake, not us. We appreciate their honesty. Our experience overall was great.

I booked Velocity Esports for a corporate mixer and couldn’t have been happier with the communication and service we received. From the very beginning, the process was incredibly easy. The sales manager, Kaitlyn Perkins, walked me through the available packages and answered every question I had. Since I had never hosted an event at this location before, I was a bit nervous—but Kaitlyn immediately made me feel confident. She was quick to respond via email and even took the time to call and reassure me, which I really appreciated. On the day of the event, Kaitlyn wasn’t our server or host, but she made sure we were well taken care of. Our host, Adrian, was fantastic—he guided us through the bowling process, showed us where our lanes were, helped with bowling shoes, directed us to the bar (Jelisa, our bartender, was also awesome), and provided our passes and drink tickets. He checked in frequently, brought out the food, and made sure everything met our expectations, all while staying close by in case we needed anything. I highly recommend Velocity Esports for corporate events or mixers. The service, organization, and overall experience were excellent.

My team and I recently hosted a team outing in the Bowling Alley area at Velocity Esports, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We had a group of 25+ attendees, and the events team, Kaitlyn and Sarah, were incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. They walked me through all the event packages and offerings in detail and were flexible in tailoring the event to fit our team’s needs. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by our host and Kaitlyn, who reviewed the setup and the plan for the event. Everything ran seamlessly, our team was able to quickly get wristbands and bowling shoes, and the system was very easy to use. The catered food was delicious, with a great variety of pizzas (including vegan options), fresh salads, and cookies for dessert. Throughout the two-hour event, the Velocity team remained attentive and engaging, especially when we requested additional food add-ons. Their support and responsiveness made the experience smooth and enjoyable for everyone. We will definitely be hosting more events at Velocity Esports in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making this event such a success, especially on a quick turnaround!

I am a teacher and this year our team chose Velocity Esports @ Town Square for our 6th grade field trip on 1/23/26. Their booking staff is amazing and flexible! They worked with me to build a package that would best meet our needs and dealt with my trip numbers. They were ALWAYS available to answer our questions and were able to add or remove things until we got it just right. I cannot thank Sarah and Kaitlyn enough for their expert help and professionalism. The venue was AMAZING! It was CLEAN, everything worked very well, when our students (or teachers) needed help they were there, many times before we even asked! One staff member saw I was struggling to get the remotes synced up and BOOM there he was "I can help!" Remotes synced and off I went playing Super Mario! From bowling, to computer and system games, to the arcade, to the restaurant, the experience was the same - great, knowledgeable, helpful staff, and fun everywhere we looked. When it came time for lunch we told the students they could eat between 11-12, which they took to mean ALL SIT AT ONCE! The wait and kitchen staff must have been so overwhelmed but you wouldn’t know it. They were skilled, quick to answer questions, kind with the students, and worked extremely well under pressure. I cannot express my thanks enough to all of them. The students loved their experience and so did all of the adults!! Can’t wait to for next trip!! I’ll be back with my own family much sooner than next year!
