Main Event Lewisville

We always have an amazing time here - our boys are 6 & 11 and beg to go every week. David was our server this last visit and his service was exceptional! Very attentive and kind. We used to go to grapevine mills round one but have dropped that all together in favor of main event.

We had a blast! Unlimited amount of games. They have bowling, laser tag as well as a bar to chill! My husband’s job sponsored this outing!

I had a great experience with Jaden’s customer service. From start to finish, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. What stood out most was his positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. It’s rare to receive service that feels both personable and professional, but Jaden delivered exactly that. I truly appreciate the excellent support and would highly recommend working with him.

We came here for my son’s birthday without having planned anything in advance, so we decided to stop by last minute. The place was very clean, and the young man at the front desk was both friendly and informative. I especially want to highlight Eleazar in the laser tag area—he went above and beyond to help our group of 12. Since we had family visiting from out of town, he took the time to give instructions in Spanish, which was incredibly helpful and appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience. We didn’t try any of the food, so I can’t comment on that, but we’ll definitely be back thanks to the excellent service from those two young men.

We had such a great experience at Main Event in Lewisville, TX! The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone had a great time, and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. You can really tell the team cares about their customers. We will definitely be back!

Awesome place to have dinner, eat some of your favorite snacks🍨, and have some family fun🕹. Or watch a football 🏈(COWBOY) game. Check out the specials online Monday-Friday until 5pm kids bowl for free. Tuesday kids eat free under 12 I believe. Not bad check it out

We chose to go here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The customer service for the food was horrible. We sat at the table for over thirty minutes waiting to place an order. So, we had to go tell them that we've been waiting. However, a server came out and started taking other people's orders at different tables who never asked for a server, also we were there before them and others. Once we placed our orders, we got our food last and it came at separate times. I asked three different people for water and never received it. Also, some of the food was brought out cold. The only thing we enjoyed was the bowling.
