Spencer's

Horrible customer service, please believe the negative reviews regarding this. A female cashier yelled in my face for accidentally stepping two feet into the checkout area. (mind you the Spencer’s was packed due to it being a Sunday and there was no where to go) the checkout space being the ONLY wide space to get to the other side the store as well as no obvious markings that hey don’t cross this area. It’s so cramped in this store god forbid we cross into a square. And even if a customer does who cares! Politely let them know they can’t cross into it and move on. I only crossed into the area to avoid bumping into her. But instead she yells in our faces and then continues a snarky conversation with her i’m assuming friend or boyfriend. I set down the over 100$ stuff I had and walked out. She spent more time yelling in our faces then greeting customers or checking them out. Instead chatting with whoever the hell. As someone who was visiting Lincoln for the first time, I'll stick with Omaha from now on and avoid Spencer’s.

Nice store, unique gifts. I like to browse here when I'm @ Gateway Mall

Sanna (I think) Makenzie and Catelyn were all super helpful and very friendly! The store was clean and well organized and had a great selection of product!

Worst customer I’ve experienced her. They were ever rude. Cared more about being on their phone than helping what would’ve been a paying customers. Both claimed to be a manager and if this is the service they provide then avoid asking those two for anything! Absolutely appalling. Spenser’s I understand hiring is tough but please coach these two managers on better customer service.

Rude staff, making comments about customers loudly. Would not recommend shopping there.

Makenzie and Sandra helped me change my nose rings and did amazing! Walked me through the whole process and explained how to get the hinged hoops in!

I've always liked Spencer's. I feel like it is not as appealing to me as it was when I was in high school, but there are still super cool items.
