Lady working was very informative and was able to help me figure what sizes I should buy. Made shopping for fiancé easy and made me confident that was buying things that would fit and that she would like. They even wrapped it for me while I finished shopping for the Love of my life.

Purchased some items for my wife, had no experience in these fields at all, the sales lady Courtney was especially helpful and informative, asked me the right questions to make sure I made an informed purchase. Couldn't ask for better customer service. I would definitely recommend. 5 STARS

Purchased vibrator and doesn’t work and they wouldn’t exchange within 24 hours. They could have put batteries in themselves and seen that. So I guess they sell junk and won’t take care of replacing with the manufacturer themselves. That’s bad service. A hassle to go through manufacturer. Lesson learned

Don't believe all the bad reviews. This store and the other location have some great staff. They also carry uberlube products. Buy with confidence.

Online experience is way better an the employee's at the Sevierville TN location are way way more friendlier this store has lots more to choose from but the employee's are not helpful they make you feel like your stealing stuff 24/7 as they peek around corners at you doing nothing but making it clear they're watching you! So let me make it clear if I wanted to take something I'd just take it your girls didn't need to make us feel like criminals we're good honest people that work in medical field just looking to spice up our love life so thanks for making us feel like less! I'd probably change my staff matter fact I know I would!

My fiance and I came in because we were in town on vacation. As soon as we stepped in the store a short lady with short hair immediately started to follow us around making me uncomfortable. Since she was with us every step of the way I politely asked if there was a restroom available. I never in my life have been told nope with such hostility and rudeness. We immediately left. After looking at the reviews it seems to be the same employee costing this establishment quite a bit of revenue due to her attitude. I will never recommend this place due to this womans demeanor!

Had nice adult stuff but the cashier was weird wanted to talk about her experiences with the adults stuff she had bought there. Made me uncomfortable I ended up leaving besides buying something
