Malco Paradiso

Very cool vibe in this place. Today was our 3rd time going & we've had a wonderful experiences each time. A few years ago we saw an early showing of Dracula Untold before opening day. That was great! Then we saw a silent movie with a piano player which was an awesome experience that not many living have had. Today we saw EPIC, the Elvis Presley movie in IMAX. Movie was really good. Imax was great! If you ever get the chance to go, this place is something to experience!

Very good theater with Imax screening for selected features and Dolby atmos. Easy enough to get tickets and concessions line generally runs smoothly though it can be slow. Theater is generally clean but sometimes not as well between longer films. Overall best theater experience in a malco theater.

Had my daughter’s birthday party here and it was perfect. Diana was our party host and she was phenomenal! My daughter and her friends had such a great time. Thank you so much!

Have always loved this theater. Never had any problems with anything here,lines to get in and concessions have never been crazy, theater is always clean, and the selection of movies has always been terrific 🎥🎬🎭

Took a whole car full of grand kids here for a dusk flick. Outside had easy access and a safe well lit environment. Inside was clean in theater and in restrooms. Reclining chairs were comfortable and spacious. Sound system was impressive. Nice place to go.

This message is for corporate, not this specific location. I do normally go to this location though. I've probably been to 5-6 different Malco locations since I moved to Memphis this year. I found out yesterday that Malco isn't consistent with their Tuesday ticket pricing all year long. I told them that I thought this was a bad business practice & I posted their response in the photos. My whole life & in the 3 other states I've lived in, I have always gone to AMC. Unfortunately, there are no AMCs out here in Memphis (or near). I checked AMCs website & I was correct that they keep the same Tuesday discount pricing all year long (see photos/screenshots). Same movie/date/time It's a shame that Malco would risk losing customers just to earn a few more bucks for two weeks. Also, their cancellation policy isn't great. They say that tickets aren't refundable (screenshot attached), but that's not good business either. People's plans change & movies are not a need/priority. Again, I believe AMC is better in this regard because you can cancel your ticket(s)one hour before showtime in the app & get a full refund. Additionally, it's always a pain navigating their website on my phone to log into my account. Lastly, I think their rewards/loyalty program could be better. Consistency is key #dobetter Malco

Such a grand entrance here! All the hype of "big movie theater" right smack as you walk through the door. Lively concessions, an excellent cafe' as well as a full bar, with a busy theater crew and the cleanest public bathrooms I've ever seen. The entrance to theater number 7 wasn't as grand. It was clean and the chairs were nice and comfortable but frankly, it felt crowded, with no personal legroom and the image was very lackluster, almost spotty. The 7.1 surround was nice but about midway through the movie I started to doubt the film was formatted for it.
