Alyssa assisted me and provided me with so much good information, insight, and I truly appreciate her ability to answer all of my questions. I recall when she was working at the Boise location, and she remembered me!! So great to speak to someone that has such an amazing memory! Plus, she’s amazing as well…. She is a breath of fresh air and VERY VERY kind! Please, ensure you recognize her, because she knocks it outta the park every time…. She’s the best!

Danae was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire experience. I didn’t know what to get or even where to start, and normally I would get overwhelmed and leave without buying anything, feeling discouraged. Danae turned what would have been a daunting task—Christmas shopping—into a very easy and pleasant experience. She took the time to answer my questions clearly, made recommendations, and explained the notable features of the products making my selection process quick and easy. Danae genuinely cared about helping. Her professionalism and positive attitude made a big difference for me today.

Yesterday me and my boyfriend came in. The young blonde girl with glasses behind the counter immediately had a nasty look on her face when we walked in. The entire time she practically followed us around and was only trying to speak to my boyfriend. When I went to look at an item and decided to risk it even tho it was one size. She gave a condescending tone and snottily said "mmm I don’t think it’ll fit but okay" with an extremely judgemental look on her face. I did not go into the store to be judged for my size and have her to try to pretend I didn’t exist and speak to my boyfriend. She was extremely unprofessional and rude and it made me feel very insecure and uncomfortable. I’m not happy about the interaction that took place.

Alyssa was very helpful and respectful as she was showing me around the store as it was my first time there. I wasn’t planning on buying anything but with her knowledge and expertise I did end up getting something based off her recommendation! I will be coming back

Great customer service. Ariel is my favorite so far. Always kind, informative, discreet and assertive when helping her customers.

The staff is super friendly, helpful and respectful. It was nice to be able to go in with my partner and not feel judged by our questions and inexperience.

Glad to see another location come to town. Super clean and bright atmosphere. The workers are on top of checking your ID and don’t linger on your back the entire time you’re browsing around. They are happy to answer questions and will help you look into products to give you the best information. The store has a public bathroom which is nice for sure.
