The highlight of my visit was definitely Mel — she went above and beyond to help me. She was extremely informative, patient, and knowledgeable about all the products. Whether it was explaining the differences between items, making great recommendations, or answering all my questions, she made the whole process stress-free and fun.Customer service like this is hard to find these days. You can tell Mel genuinely cares about making sure customers leave happy and confident in what they’re buying. Thanks to her guidance, I found exactly what I needed and even learned about products I didn’t know existed. If you’re looking for a place with top-notch service and staff that really take their time with you, this is it. Ask for Mel she’ll take care of you!

This store was absolutely amazing and a breath of fresh air the heels that they have are super cute and as well as the outfits and costumes, they have a variety of toys, exotic pleasures, and more that you just have to go and see in person. I really appreciate journey for everything that she did for me today and I definitely will be coming back again sincerely Royalty.
