Order a small received an extra small not to mention the Playboy bunny is white and has tanning spray all over it disgusting paid extra for it to get here on time now my Halloween costume is ruined because I’m out of time to get a new one very unprofessional why would you sell me a used Costume with tanning spray all over it and the wrong size. So upset !!!

Worst service ever. They have no return policy and the manager is super inconsiderate. The lovely girl with the long hair even offered to go with me to the bathroom and he shut down that idea quick. He refused to understand the means of trying on all these skimpy clothes and would not reconsider even at least giving a small return exception in case the clothes did not fit. He insisted all sales are final. This store used to have great customer service but clearly all the care about is sales now. All sales are final the manager kept insisting. The girl with the super long black hair was super great and tried to help me as much as she can. Their new management, i wouldn't say other wise. Horrible do not come here unless you wanna waste your money on things that you don't know how'd they'd even fit. I hope they get bought out of new management and the customer service goes back to what it once was. I don't even wanna give it a star

Love this store but the reason I don’t give it 5 starts it’s because the hours suck. If I remember correctly it used to be open very late before the pandemic. We came on a Saturday around 10:45 and they closed at 11pm. After closing 3 more cars pulled up, they are missing out on business.

Very disappointing customer service and policies. You’re required to purchase your costume before you’re allowed to try it on, and only after can you try on other items. Even after following their rules, I waited in line for over an hour just to try on two costumes. (That’s all they permitted.) I understand the need to prevent theft, but this system makes it extremely inconvenient for paying customers—especially when the item purchased doesn’t fit. After purchasing an item, I simply asked to try on the next size up, but the staff refused unless I made the line again. Considering the long wait time, that’s completely unreasonable. This is supposed to be a clothing store not an amusement park ride. This store’s process is poorly managed and lacks basic customer consideration. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here unless they make serious improvements to their policies and staff training.

I love coming to play things to grab new outfits for me being a dancer. I used to grab shoes in this place frequently as well. Although today my experience has changed completely I’ve spent so much money with play things and to walk in and be treated like crap within only three minutes of standing there is absolutely embarrassing and saddening. I asked for a simple fix with my shoe or either to direct me to someone that can fix my shoe and the woman stood there with a nasty attitude and said there’s nothing we can do. I understand no refund and no exchange policies, but my shoes are less than two months old and my heel is wobbly. I just needed someone who could repair them for me or direct me to them. Instead she gave me the most nastiest attitude and I will never be coming here again.

The girl working in the dressing rooms was really rude and gave me attitude for no reason. It completely ruined my shopping experience, I didn’t even want to buy anything after that. This happened yesterday (Monday) around 7 PM.
