Events! This review is for the professional staff lead by the the food and catering manager Lamar! We recently hosted a birthday party at Round 1. Lamar is extremely busy, but never once we felt he did not have our best interest for our little one’s milestone birthday. He made sure we were careful for and gave us tips on how to maximize the venue and time. Everything was on point from space being ready, flexible to help us put up balloons and theme table linen, and even assisted us in getting more tables for the gifts. The package included pizza, drinks, cake cutting and even ice cream! We had more than enough pizza! It was an absolute pleasure to deal with him and his team. If you are thinking about a party, consider Round 1! Tip- Be sure to tell the parents to bring more money for their kids. The package included unlimited arcade games, and a small amount for prize games. We provided additional prize game credits for each guest but they go fast! Thank you Lamar and team!

Biggest downside is that the games are pretty expensive, but even more so is the closest Dave n Busters to here, so it gets a 1 star pass. Staff are exceptionally kind and the food (at least the shake shake fries) are tasty, plus it's a well-kept store. Hatsune Miku figurines are the main appeal for the JClaws, I've never seen a stuffed animal or regular claw machine pay out to people though. Best to enjoy the racing games and food here, especially the Japan exclusive machines.

Out of all the round 1s in Southern California, this one take the grand prize on worst place to bring your kids. I'm a claw master and this place is money hungry for making these games so hard, what a joke. No double tap on majority of claw machines. Came on a Saturday night and it was slow inside, not many people there and now I know why. I played for a few minutes and realized this place isn't paying out. Never coming to this location again. Waste of a 2 hour drive.

New edit: There are new machines and new prizes, from new UFO Catchers to literal tables as prizes, it doesn't get any better than this! Original Post: There are so many claw machines, which are my favorite arcade machines ever, and to me, they have the best likeliness to win such high-quality prizes! And there are higher-quality ticket games to play, like Spongebob, Angry Birds, Gold Railroad, and Power Pros. Even better, they don't play annoying sound effects when earning tickets, which is something that Dave & Buster's is still doing. And they also have the Victory Zone, which has great and useful prizes that range from 10 to 180,000 (nowadays 210,000)! Some prizes come straight from Japan, and others have functions like party cups and plush backpacks. Heck, their credit amounts are great despite being pricey. I recommend the Club/Digital Club card for more credits! Plus, the staff members are very nice. This is the best arcade to go to, and I recommend that place so much! Here's to the many wins at Round1!

This was the worst claw machine arcade we’ve ever been to! Almost impossible to win anything we lost all our points within a matter of 10 minutes! don’t be fooled by the size a number of claw machine machines they have they’re still very very difficult. We will not be going back and I would not recommend!

The manager Luke was extremely disrespectful and kept flirting with the young women walking in and kept me and my little sister waiting when we needed help with getting our prize. Completely unprofessional will be going to a different round 1 from now on
