HUSTLER® Hollywood

I came in today (Oct 2025) with my partner to see what the store had to offer, we were looking around, as it was our first time and to our dismay, the staff continued to follow us around the store in a very obviously hostile manner. When we would turn and look at the staff (aimlessly rearrange walls of merchandise next to us), they would walk away and the other staff member would replace the other aimlessly rearranging walls of merchandise. Mind you, there were unsupervised customers on the other sides of the store at the same time. It left a horrible taste in our mouths- we will NOT be back. Clearly not a welcoming environment for all customers.

I visited your store I was very nervous first time I ever shopped purgatory for my partner and your staff member Noel was very kind and courteous and without being disrespectful I explained what I needed and she helped me choose just the right toy and made it a very pleasant experience so thank you Noel and thank you Hustler Hollywood

Bought 2 toys on different occasions over $50 each non turned on !… "new batteries" for one and the other was a rechargeable" neither worked!…

Everybody were there was so nice and helpful and very, very sweet❤️‼️

Went here on Saturday night. It was the first time my girlfriend and I have been to hustler and from the moment we entered the store, the staff began following us around. We would’ve liked some privacy to discuss what we liked from their selection. We tried our best to ignore them and continued to browse. At one point I made a comment about a toy to my girlfriend, when out of nowhere the employee "corrected" me with the snarkiest tone. We definitely won’t be returning to hustler. I would recommend Suzies adult store down the street, they have never labeled me as a thief or made sassy remarks.

I really like the setup of this Adult store. The toys are in an area by themselves and the clothing is as well. The store is clean and not cluttered. The staff is really nice and informative about the items they sell. There are 2 other adult stores in the general area but I like this shop best as it's a bright, clean environment with a great staff.

I wasn’t helped as much as I would have liked to be . I also wasnt greeted upon my arrival. The lingerie I wanted to try on had the security tags pinned to where I could not try on the lingerie. The store is very clean but I’d rather shop at Suzies. The customer service is much better at Suzies.
