My first time to the store was very welcoming. Aide showed me the inventory and her recommendations. Ivette also helped me with her recommendations as well. The atmosphere is very friendly and the staff are very knowledgeable. I only bought small items today but I will be back in the future.

When I entered the business I was greeted by Michelle M whose light and energy was positive right off! She made me feel safe and allowed me to be transparent with what I was looking for. She did not come across as pushy or salesy! She was patient, kind, and understanding! I would highly recommend this place just because of the customer service I received. I had a very disappointing experience at this faja store. The staff put me into a faja that was three sizes too small without properly explaining sizing or asking about my comfort. They strongly encouraged me to wear it out of the store, which I trusted was standard — but what they failed to clarify was that doing so would void any chance of an exchange or return. When I came back shortly after, hoping to exchange it for a different size, I was told they couldn't accept it because I had worn it out, even though that was their suggestion in the first place. At no point was I made aware that this would impact my ability to return or exchange the item. Overall, I felt misled and taken advantage of. Clear communication and transparency are the bare minimum in customer service, especially for products like fajas that require proper sizing and comfort. I would not recommend this store to others and strongly urge them to improve their policies and how they communicate them to customers.

Every time I come in Aide always has a great attitude always happy to help I come ever few weeks so great to see her in the same sprits every time.
