This was my first time there & it was overwhelming! After wandering around trying to find the category I needed, a customer service representative returned from lunch & helped me. She was extremely nice & helpful! The other representative was checking out people & had a long line. I'm glad I ran into her.

I stopped in to purchase books for my wife (who is a big reader) but didn’t know where to begin. Annie happened to pass by and even though her hands were full of books asked if I needed any help. She asked lots of questions about what my wife recently read, her age, etc and confidently located all of the books giving me many options to choose from. And then she coincidentally was my cashier! She is very hardworking, friendly and knowledgeable. My wife ended up loving the selection which is the best part. Thank you Annie!

Walk among the shelves of adventure, from luscious cakes to suspense and mystery. Romance, history, and children’s laughter can all be found here. Worth the visit!

I just love this store, I could honestly spend hours just looking at the endless selection of books, toys, music, art, the eclectic items from Vera Bradley and others. Overall it's family friendly and you can find just about anything your looking for

My friends and I went to this location for a first time writing meet up. It’s super clean, has the typically book/barns and Nobel smell and the service was great.

Excellent selection of books, magazines and other media. High quality variety of books for young readers and a top notch toy section. Helpful and friendly employees shows that management is doing a great job. Coffee shop in store is a treat.

Was inside the store today asked an associate about a book and 2 other associates decided they had an issue with the book I suppose due to them scoffing and laughing after the associate confirmed what I was looking for, but I went on to look for the book anyway and found something different that was better suited for what I was looking for, made it to the register where I stood for an excess of 10 minutes without the line moving at all due to the cashier socializing with a customer, the customer in question stood there after getting her bag and receipt for several minutes continuing the conversation, all while the line got further and further behind then the next customer proceeded to do the same so I took a picture of the book, left the store and will be ordering it from Amazon instead, completely unprofessional, the only professional person I seen in the whole establishment was Dalton he was polite and respectful when helping me with my selection and very knowledgeable. He is the only reason I rated this higher than 1 star
