Outrageous prices for bowling. If the lanes worked like they are supposed to, the price might be a little more acceptable. Slow, slow, slow, may cycle and count correctly, may not. Not just 1 lane, not just one visit. Update 2/10/26 Not sure why this is hard to comprehend. The lanes are slow and half work. Tell you what, spend a day watching your lanes and see how they operate. Maybe you'll understand then.

It’s a fun place to take your family too, and I have taken my whole family there since they opened the bowling alley. We have done laser tag, and my kids have skated on the rink, but this past Friday we came in and I was told that my child that’s in a wheelchair could not go on the skating rink which we had done many many times before. After I explain this to the lady at the counter, she proceeded to overcharge me and also try to charge me for skates, knowing my child was in a wheelchair And cannot physically skate. I don’t mind paying the fee to be on the rink, but I shouldnt have been charged for skates that won’t be wore or also be told that my handicap child cannot go on the skating rink. It’s against HIPAA laws and some of the young workers there need to be educated on the laws!!!! Not only was she rude and unprofessional, but she should lose her job actually for the way me and my special needs Daughter was treated.

Haven’t been here in a while but went today for bowling and the place has really gone down hill and there is a dingy feel to it. The pins had to be reset like 6 times within 30 minutes, the benches are torn apart and attempted to put back together with duct tape, and the tables are scratched all over. The lady at the counter was rude as well. Not a great experience and with other options probably won’t be back.

Nice venue. Fun for everyone including bowling, arcade games, laser tag, roller skating, and bumper cars. Great food too. Highly recommend

Its crazy how many people dont follow the rule of the huge sign that states "Bowling shoes required for your safety" but yet no one pays attention including the staff.. and the tables and seating area are always gross to gross to use most times. LTA is so much better.

Very upset. I brought my family here on March 5th to try skating again for the first time in a long time. After getting out on the floor my mom slipped and fell on what the employee referred to ask chocolate on the main floor for skaters. I am very annoyed as this should have been taken care of prior to us going out on the floor. We are now at an emergency room because my mother may have broken her wrist. What is sad is that the place wasn’t busy at all. So this could have easily been avoided which frequent checks of the floor. (Update) My mom has been seen and she indeed did break her wrist due to this incident! She will need surgery along with pins having to be put into her wrist. Be fully aware the staff at this location do not do frequent checks of their areas and so if you decide to go just know the risk of injury at this place. I highly do not recommend going. The store manager was notified the day of the incident but had yet to reach back out to me after I left him a voicemail. (To reply to the owners response) the staff members over the skating area knew of the problem prior to my family going out on the floor as the family before us let us know they notified your staff about the issue and they did not make an effort to clean it up until after the review they left was read by staff.

Had such a fun time there after attending the boo bash event inside that mall. KC was so helpful throughout the night from laser tag, bumper cars and skating. He assisted us if we had any questions and made sure we had a good time. 10/10 of fun activities and service.
