Me and my boyfriend have bought stuff from this Spencer’s VARIOUS times I will say the quality is good but the customer service is not. I was looking at nose rings decided to buy some and the girl tries offering me cleaner for the nose ring which is normal and I told her I did not want to purchase any because I have alcohol pads at home and have had my piercing for years and it has done just fine and she went back to the register to laugh with her friend which felt directed towards me but every time I have been the teens that work there are always a little disrespectful. because there has been multiple times where employees are rude and disrespectful at stones river mall. Will go to the Spencer’s at the avanue from here on out because they are decent and no one that works there is a disrespectful teenager

Poor and rude customer service I won’t ever shop here again with this merchant. I placed an order with Spencer’s on December 16, 2025 order was delivered to wrong address I never received my package , called Spencer’s customer service and was denied a refund due to not receiving my package

Went to look around and one of the employees was loudly talking about how teenagers were dressing. She started complaining that if they were going to put a full face of makeup on that they should get fake IDs and go to the club like she did when she was their age. I found this to be pretty inappropriate because she’s suggesting CHILDREN should go drinking and put themselves in danger instead of just walking around the mall. This was the most unprofessional thing I’ve witnessed in a long time. Disgusting behavior. She was probably about 30-35 years old if I had to guess. So she’s old enough to know that suggesting underage drinking and saying disgusting things loudly is very inappropriate. I actually had a teenager with me and I don’t appreciate her saying that my teenager shouldn’t behave like a normal kid at the mall. Someone needs to pay close attention to who they are hiring… This was around 8:30pm on March 1st, 2025.

whoever was the prissy little light skinned girl with glasses working 2/6/25 needs to learn to be professional. accused us of doing something we were not doing, put on a VOICE, gave MAJOR attitude when we were explaining, and then chose to talk to a coworker and blatantly ignore me. 0/10 management needs to put this girl in check ASAP cus that is not a face or voice i wanna see or hear ever again

They have some nice things here and the employees are really nice!
