When we visit Nashville, this store is our first stop! They do not have a great variety of sizes . However, I always find something fun and sexy. The staff is always friendly and can answer all of your questions.

I will give them 10 stars on service because lord knows they are trying to make a sale! But as far as products, prices, and quality well they leave Alot to lack! Went in for a pleasant experience but as I found out I know why they pushed the products they did now. I spent $600 in the store and they checked products put batteries in but 1 of the toys would plug in and glow as if charging but refused to come on. The woman was like oh it's nothing it's just too dead to work. Now I did not want to buy a product that didn't work but she said it was the only 1 no big deal if it don't work we can replace it. She then lied stamped that my product worked when it did not and now I have a almost 150 toy that is a waist because I have to fight with a warranty on a product that never worked. This is not professional at all! Been a fan and loyal customer since 2002 and I believe i am changing companies after this experience! Sad 😔 now I am trying to get ahold of Calextics which is a even bigger joke. Leave a message and we will get back to you in a few days....and hustlers customer service we'll good luck Noone answers and the voice ailments is full. Billion dollar company being ran worse than the local trap house. All corporate and no real humans! Sell sell sell! Don't trust "Finley" if you do dare to go in and spend your money!

We went in there for the first time last week. Staff was so helpful, so comforting and offered to show us anything we could imagine. We had 2 employees swap off on helping (great teamwork by the way). One offered us a toy that was powerful. Fast forward til today. That toy was not powerful. It was deadly! I had to run to shower and am now looking for a new church to attend, probably the more strict the better to wash away the sin that just took place from the devil toy. After awakening from the coma, the sensations were something ungodly and could only be found in the wild, truthfully. There's now short term memory loss, mixed with looking for a new spirit to make sure I never go back to the conference table with God and Satan ever again (they're planning a big stock rise so ya know) and now there's a toy needing to be cleaned but keeps staring at me like it'll take me again. RIP. Great store though!

i went in to buy a corset and it was so sweet- the person who measured my chest was super respectful and kind! i will definitely be going back 🙂

The on-duty manager, Reen, decided she is going to close the rest room for customers at 11pm. After talking to her in regard to A OPENED PACKAGE OF STRAP ON, she mentioned "If it's an issue, I can clean it for you, but we don't give discounts on open and used product". I'm going to go further and make you aware that her interaction with multicultural citizens is definitely not the same as Caucasian customers from our experience at this location. I miss Frederick's of Hollywood No white nationalist transplant managers who provide inconsistent services to clients based on race. Meh. I've not been here in almost 8 years, and and grateful for the reminder of why I don't spend my money here. Just go elsewhere.... If you're brown.

Went for my first butt plug and the staff was super warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She took the awkwardness and unease i was feeling and threw it out the window!! In its place, helpful tips, funny stories, and laughter stood. I definitely will be back!

Incredible selection and stock! I always avoided this place since it looked like everything was going to cost an arm and a leg, but I was suprised to see that most things were nearly as cheap as buying online and WAY cheaper than love bound or any others I've been to around here.. We will definitely be returning since the 45 minutes we were there weren't nearly enough to browse all the stock. Tons of restraints, clothing, and impact play products. Definitely check this place out!
