I just had the absolute worst customer experience in my life at this store. I purchased a 3 piece bondage/lingerie set only to realize that a piece was missing. I returned the unopened two items within an hour of my original purchase with the receipt, hoping to make an exchange. They did not have another kit in stock and refused to refund my purchase despite their obviously dishonest business practices. The only options were to exchange the kit for items of the *exact* same price. I am disgusted and will never spend another dollar at this store, and I encourage you to do the same.
