I’ve shopped here several times and always had the best experiences! The staff is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I won’t shop at any other adult store in the Nashville area. They really know what they’re talking about!! Bonus points for carrying lingerie from sizes small to 3X! You won’t regret stopping by.

On Tuesday, purchased a product from Pleasures in Nashville. Returned home and proceeded to use the purchase I had made. It was defective. Thursday was a holiday, so I called them Friday. No resolve, Mgr. off work. Called Saturday, no resolve, Mgr off. Called on Sunday, staffer ( very nice) said she had spoken with the Mgr. I was offered 30% off my next purchase. So, I was sold something defective ($40) and told "next time you shop here, you will be given 30%off". I will encourage, adamantly, for customers to be careful and shop elsewhere. First time with any problem, friends and I have shopped there many times. I highly recommend - shop somewhere else. I DEFINITELY WILL AND THE SAME TO MY FRIENDS.

phenomenal customer service. I met two employees, Muriel and Nicole. I have to say that my experience with both of them was awesome! clear help, clean store, and awesome selection!

Fraudulent Charge and No Help with it!!!! My bf and I went to this store and made a purchase, a few days later we have another charge from this store for $128.00 that we did not make. It looks like the man who helped us must have stolen our card information. We called the store and spoke to a female manager. She refused to help us at all. Was very rude and claimed that we have no way of proving that we didn't make the purchase and they will not refund or help us with it. This is just bad business. She didn't even try to get any information from us regarding the fraudulent charge, just didn't care. I will not be shopping here anymore and advised anyone who does to be careful with their card information. *** UPDATE: I emailed the corporate office and they got back to me and were very helpful. They got it taken care of and assured me that they would be investigating the situation.

I rated this store 1 star, but I would have given it zero stars, if I could. There were 3 staff members there, but they were more busy with inventory than helping us. My sister tried several times to get a salesperson to help us. Instead, one was rude and a second one has very little info about the products (kept saying, I am not sure??) We ultimately left and spent $300+ at Hustler. Danielle (the manager) needs to train her employees on cust service if she wants to the store to thrive.

The staff was very knowledgeable as well as helpful and polite. Going to these kinds of stores can be awkward sometimes, and they made my s/o and I feel comfortable. We've also been shopping these types of products for many years, and we fully understand that you get what you pay for, and that it is strictly against policy (at any self-respecting "adult store") to accept returns on the items due to the nature of the product line. Shop Pleasures, you can't go wrong with them!

Went here tonight for the first time and I have to say the sales lady that helped us was very pleasant and extremely helpful and not pushy at all. We never felt uncomfortable or awkward. Will definitely be making the drive to come back to this store only .
