The best value for cool summer fun! Brought my sons here today. We had a membership years ago and then we moved. Since we’re back we tried it again and it was a blast! Clean facilities, all the fun trampolines, obstacle course, dodgeball, and food and drink. Best of all, safe environment for the kids. It’s also fun for parents to bounce on the trampolines. Great for staying fit for the whole family.
Had our kid's birthday party here. We were assigned a host, and he was awesome. He helped my NOT stress out during the party. Lots for the kids to do, if your 48 inches. The place could use a deep cleaning. People walk around with their shoes where they are not to.
I recently attended a birthday party at Urban Air in New Braunfels, Texas. While the party host was fantastic and the party itself was a blast, the overall experience was severely marred by one employee's behavior. An employee named Leah displayed an appalling level of rudeness towards the children. Her lack of patience and inability to interact with kids appropriately was shocking. My own son was so terrified by her that he cried every time he saw a staff member. I'm giving this review two stars: one for the amazing party host who made the event enjoyable, and another for the kind employee (I wish I had gotten her name) who listened to my concerns and genuinely comforted my son, turning his fear into comfort. This employee was a stark contrast to Leah. Leah needs serious retraining or, frankly, a different career path. Scaring children is unacceptable. It completely overshadowed what should have been a fun and memorable occasion. I strongly advise management to address this issue immediately.
If I could give them no stars I would…. They had a deal going on for a 60 day SUMMER pass… but supposedly I signed up for a 1 year membership and I can’t cancel unless I die or move away from any urban air 25 miles from me. I have tried to get ahold of someone, they have taken money from my account around almost $200. Don’t sign up for anything this is a way to trick parents into signing up for failure. Oh and you can’t call you have to email to cancel or get ahold of their customer service. I don’t see membership anywhere on here…. I am not talking about the specific of the place. The place is great for the kids. Just didn’t sign up for a membership.
This urban air is smaller than other locations. The restrooms were dirty and toilets were clogged. Staff did attend to them at closing time. Staff at closing were amazing and very friendly. Typical jump place that is overpriced. The kids always have fun. So it’s a good place to go here and there. You have to buy socks from them. A nice perk is they have military discount.
We had our son’s ninth birthday party here today and everyone was so nice. Our party host, Kiki was so sweet and helpful and made the experience so easy. Thank you to the whole team
I brought my 6 year old nephew here on a weeknight at around 6pm. There was no wait time and thankfully not very busy! 2 parents get 50% off with a purchase of a child’s ticket, which was great cost wise! My nephew and I both had a blast on all the trampolines, the tube playground, and we even got to do the rock wall, ropes course, and zip line! I had never been here before and the staff was very kind with helping us out and answering any and all questions we had. We had a great time! Thanks so much to the friendly and helpful staff!!
