Its not bad. The people who work their or awesome. They would get a ton more business if the had the arcade and perhaps got some new products.

Place smelled like moth balls. Boxes of take out food laying around the outside and out the front door. A variety of items but most of the edible or liquid items seemed expired. Overcharged for an expired item and couldn’t even get a receipt. There are a bunch of cute lingerie for a variety of sizes, and the lady was polite. The lack of options in the area make it seem like the only way it stays open. Not sure why the building is so big if the store size is quite small .

One star is too many for this place. The lady working was complaining about my bf walking our dog in the parking lot and had a nasty irritated attitude like we were bothering her by being in the store. My bf asked her the price of a few things and she barely answered him, then when he asked if he could buy a bottle of water she rudely said no, and commented about a convenience store down the road. She made the entire visit uncomfortable and I would not spend a penny in a place with employees like her. Absolutely rude and unwelcoming. 👎👎

They kept our license up front when we got in. Had everything locked up, so we couldn't read the back or review for any product. Then acted oblivious for why we didn't spend more money here. What a waste of a store

They were very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. They weren’t just trying to make a sale. They wanted to make sure I left happy. They have a huge selection. And if you have questions they will make sure to get you the answer. Not sure if the ladies name. She deserves a raise. She went above and beyond. And I’m a lot to handle when in a store like that of that size for the first time much like a kid in a toy store lol. I just found out about this place will be my go to store

im surprised at all the negative comments and reviews...ive lived in san marcos my whole life and Zone D has ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYSS been my ONE&ONLY place to go. ive never had bad service, a product that didnt work or satisfy me and theyve always been open every time ive gone which usually is between the hours of 10pm-4am mostly weekends but a few times during the week too. the guy working there is super chill and laid back as well as very professional and helpful

Very good store! Lots of cool products and especially helpful staff. Linda! and Taz! salesgirls are very knowledgeable and super friendly. I was amazed at the great service. I will recommend this place. Thank you
