Went there last night (Saturday night) and the employee by the name of Tiffany was very helpful. She was very educated and knowledgeable in the environment that she was in. She provided us with great customer service and made me and my girlfriend feel very welcomed. Thank you Tiffany. We have new toys 😀

I like the products in the store but the girl with the colorful hair was very rude to me she kept giving me attitude every time I asked for a shoe size and she was blowing her elf bar in my face Hustler Hollywood you need to do better with your staff hiring.

Cynthia is awesome. Bought the Melt toy in January and it ended up not working. Couldn’t find my receipt so I called up and spoke with Cynthia to help find my transaction. She was patient and ended up finding my receipt!

I love this store sm, they have rlly good options for Halloween. Nae (I’m sorry if I’m writing it incorrectly) was super sweet and helpful. I’ll def be back soon! <3
