Immersive Gamebox - Lower East Side

We had our son's 7th birthday here at Essex Street and it was so much fun. Shamario Prescod and team were professional and accommodating. Pizza delivery was arranged by the helpful and friendly staff. We had a minor glitch in the event and Shamario was extremely gracious with us to resolve. Most importantly the kids had a great time at a place they had never been before. Definitely check out Immersive Gamebox for a fun kids birthday experience. We want to come back and play too !

We had an amazing experience at Immersive Gamebox. We played the Squid Game, and it was one of the most fun and engaging hours I’ve had in a while. The concept is incredibly unique, combining teamwork, challenge, and laughter in one place. The interactive games are very well designed and perfect for groups or corporate outings. The staff were friendly and made everything easy from start to finish. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a creative and exciting group activity in New York.

Overall, this was a unique, high-energy adventure that made us feel like the heroes of our own story. If you’re into Batman, escape rooms, or just want to do something different in NYC with friends or family—definitely give it a shot. Just don’t expect to take selfies inside Arkham 😅 Would go again to try another storyline! 🦇 The experience uses motion sensors, touch walls, and projection mapping, so you’re not just playing a game—you’re living it. The puzzles were just the right mix of clever and fun, and the group element made it even better. Super immersive: Lights, sounds, visuals—everything makes you feel like you’re part of the Batman universe. Team-based: Great bonding experience, even if you’re not a hardcore gamer. Worth the price: For what you get in 45 minutes, the production quality is top-tier.

Had my daughter's 9th birthday party and was very impressed and satisfied with the staff. Ray went up & beyond for my family and friends. We got the birthday package. There was a dedicated space for friends who were not participating in the games. The birthday decorations are minimal so be sure to bring your own. We played the squid game experience and it was actually very challenging but fun. Id def come back. Thank you Ray & team!

I had an incredible time at this immersive experience! From start to finish, everything was thoughtfully designed and super engaging. The environment pulls you in instantly, and every detail just adds to the magic. Huge shout-out to Cass, who absolutely MADE the experience. Their energy, passion, and knowledge took everything to the next level. Cass was welcoming, enthusiastic, and really went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable time.

Absolutely incredible immersive gaming experience right in the heart of NYC! The gameplay was next-level, but what truly made our visit special was Geana. She was an absolutely amazing host who brought so much energy and made sure we had a flawless time. Highly recommend checking this out if you're in the city—we had a great experience!

Planned a team building day here for my org and we all had a blast! Shamario was a great help in planning the event and was accommodating to our last minute changes. He was very helpful when we arrived and the gaming itself was a blast for everyone! We plan on coming back for future team building events.
