Five stars. Incredible shopping experience. Quiet studio off the main floor away from all the hustle and bustle below. Best thing was the incredibly cool friendly and helpful staff that was working. My partner has a very specific like when it comes to certain pieces and we were able to find a nice replacement. Will def come back when we both have time to shop together as there was so much to see.

Lady Konfidential is the cosiest and most welcoming space I have ever visited in the realm of adult toy stores. Kim has meticulously curated her inventory and her knowledge is genuinely out of this world. She cares deeply about every customer’s experience, whether they are are first timers or repeat. She will happily answer any questions you may have to help you (or you and your partner) to find the right products for your desires and needs. Everyone needs to visit Lady K at least once in their life!

My wife and I stopped in here during a short Manhattan trip. The place was a lil confusing to get to at first but once you go into the building and up to the 12th floor, the store itself is cozy and has a lot of products. The employee who works there was so informative and helpful and very kind!! Will definitely return.
