Romantic Kingdom - Couple’s Megastore

Love the store. However, I think it’s screwed up that they buy cheap corsets, costumes, and lingerie, UPCHARGE THEM TO THE MAX!, not offer fitting rooms, but also not accept returns or exchanges for them, even if unworn. I just spent $70 on a corset, didn’t have anywhere to try it on so I had to guess my size… got home, tried it on, and was so incredibly disappointed. Sure the size choice was my fault, but the quality of the material and form of the corset are so cheap that I couldn’t even alter this if I wanted to. I feel like I could have ordered SHEIN and received similar quality of a product. Instead I tried to support a local business and feel robbed of my money because I wouldn’t even bother giving this away.. Super disappointed in the quality and lack of customer consideration In these types of scenarios.

I think the selection in this store is great, and the price is reasonable, but leaving 2 stars due to them selling FAKE Labubu, advertised as real ones. Disappointed, and hoping that they do something about it

I believe the person below complaining about the Pleasers breaking on them. I bought a pair of heels for someone, and when I pulled them out of the box, they were scuffed all to hell. I get why a store like this would have a no returns policy, but they shouldn't be selling items in such a poor condition if so. Probably shouldn't shop here at all...just order online. She never even tried the shoes on...literally just took them out of the box, immediately noticed they were in terrible shape, put 'em back in, and that's it. No recourse, just $80 down the toilet.

I never shop these overpriced retailers. I was given an old school paper gift certificate for Christmas 2022. Just weeks before I moved half way across the country for work. I moved back to the state in November 2023. Still living over an hour away. I called the store to ask if there was an expiration date, assuming one year, and if it was good at any location. The associate called the manager to inquire. I was TOLD that they do NOT expire and to just bring it in when I could. It’s NOT my fault this business sold a paper gift certificate from the ‘90’s and didn’t even fill it in correctly! This person obviously just took my friends money and has never written a check in their life! They’re NUMBERED so the business can track them. I’m finally in the area and made a stop. Just to be told the general manager and owner would never accept my gift certificate and it was just money lost. I’m not mad that I didn’t spend it in time by I had a special circumstance of living in Nebraska AND was told it would be honored. I could have made a special trip out before the one year passed. I really don’t know how these stores stay in business with 300% markup and terrible quality items. Shop Online! Dont waste your time and money.

Bree was absolutely a sweetheart! She made me feel so comfortable asking questions and was very knowledgeable about the products. I'm new to using toys but she made me feel super excited about them! Thank you for all your help!! Will definitely return!!

Bought a pair of pleasers from them, wore them 3 times and they broke on stage, they could not offer me an exchange or anything. I think the shoes here are dry rotted, they sit for weeks or months.

I’ve usually have had a great experience with this shop, but there is one worker ,w it he red hair, that needs to go. I went to the shop around 9:20 & it’s supposed to be open but instead it’s closed & I found the exact worker who was rude, the last time I had a run in with, at the car shop beside romance kingdom smoking. I wanted to go up over there & share a few words but I instead decided to give this bad review in hopes this shop gets rid of her. (The picture shows the worker w the red hair)
