Store used to be great when rosse managed it.now the workers are Extremely rude.follow you around the store staring you down with glares.they don't talk to you. Just aweful.....one worker Ran my sister out of the back and said "well if shes under 16 she cant be back there" my sister is 16 almost 17 and her friend is 18....she didn't ask if they were under 16 she just assum3d and literally Ran them out the store.so unprofessional and nasty.the girl who ran them out has pink braids I didnt catch her name but alot of the workers that work there now are just hateful.they do this to All customers too we talked to another couple that was in there with us and they said the same thing,very unwelcoming....like the hate their job and want everyone to know it

Mike and Bree are fantastic seasoned professionals! It was so reassuring to see them take such chill ownership of my issue. My online order had stalled for over 8 hours, and when I finally went to the store, I wish I'd gone sooner. They immediately got everything taken care of and encouraged me to call the store for updates after two hours if something like that happened again.

Today miss Yasmine(hope I spelled correctly) was phenomenal to work with. She was very helpful and very polite, My son got upset in the store and out of nowhere she appeared bring smiles to my kids and catering to their interests asking what kind of stuff they like and showing them stuff in the store to theyre liking. Her customer service skills were amongst some of the most amazing I have seen in a longtime especially in this newer generation. Yasmine if you read this thankyou and many blessings 😊

Really awful customer service from management...I came in to pick up an order I placed a couple days prior and never recieved a confirmation for, I wasn't upset (I figured it's the holidays, its busy, probably an accident), but the manager came out like she was ready to fight me about it. It was confusing and kind of hurtful, 100% unhelpful, and she didn't offer any kind of idea as to what we should do about it, just kind of oh well, not out problem. *reading some other reviews, it looks like others have had issues with her, too. So I guess she's the problem, not the time of year.

The three woman working were extremely rude. Ignored us for 10 minutes while we stood at the register, they told us to go too. They never smiled or greeted us. They were extremely rude when we asked to switch a size we grabbed wrong. We got the other but they were completely put out for having to switch it. I will not return back here again. If I need anything I'll order on line.

Great staff! A++ I think the manager was named Ana. She was amazing and was very knowledgeable of all the items I had questions about. I've been to many Spencer stores through the years. The store was the cleanest that I've ever been to. The store was very neatly designed. Very easy to look around at everything. I will definitely be going back!!!

Me and my friend came in to look at some anime stuff. We were followed the whole time. With us having having anxiety, we're we're a little creeped out. All we were doing was trying to shop around. As we went to checkout, a woman wrongfully asked us to leave. So we asked why. And she said it was because we had shoplifted.When we hadn't and was trying to checkout. She asked us to leave the stuff on the counter and asked us to leave. She made sure that we left and didn't come back.
