The Love Shack

I’ve been shopping here for a few years now the 3 ladies who work in the store are absolutely delightful and know their stuff! The reason i am only leaving three stars is because the business its self has disappointed me. For years I’ve had one of their VIP cards and now all of a sudden the owners want to pull the uno reverse and take away the discounts including military! The selection of toys and different lubes were really impressive for a small business. I was here just 2 months ago, the walls were full, and now you go in and there is barely any lube to choose from. The girls still handled business and helped me find something thankfully but I am truly disappointed in the decline of this business.

I will never shop in here again. And it was my first time. I’m sorry but this store made me feel so uncomfortable when I walked in and found out there is a guy working. I’ve been to Priscilla’s, Romantic Kingdom, and Leah Lust and not one of those stores have men working there. Simply because the owners know how uncomfortable it’s makes people feel. He stared at me the entire time. Instead of saying "let me know if you need help finding anything" He says "do you need help finding something" as soon as you walk in. There’s a huge difference between the two. It’s like he’s trying to force his help on you. There is a female that works here but she was too busy in the back to acknowledge the customers. I’m sorry but this is just not a store I’ll ever feel comfortable shopping in again whether i’m alone or with my husband.

I was welcomed & felt comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. The employees were very polite & eager to answer any questions. I didn’t feel out of place or watched like a hawk. My shopping experience was 10/10! If I’m ever back in the area this will be my go to place.

Not the best selection & the employees were audibly annoyed when we walked into the store because they had to deal with customers after they were slow the previous hours of the day. do not recommend this location.

The lady that runs this place is completely awesome. Her reccomendations are spot on. I have had numerous bad experiences at romantic kingdom. If you don’t know which to choose I’ll do it for you. Love Shack all day
