Immersive Gamebox - Oakbrook Center, Oakbrook

This was such a fun experience for my 15 year old son's birthday!!! Him and his 5 family and friends really enjoyed themselves and I actually had fun watching them play! I def want to come back with my friends and have an adult play day! I just might do this for my 35th birthday tbh! And the customer service was excellent, staff was very informative and friendly!!

Kids loved it. Family of 4 with a child's friend in tow. They chose to play Ghostbusters which was fun for all from 4-44. An hour was a push for one or two of the younger kids but the change of levels and interaction had them keep pushing through. Would definitely be fun for an adult outing with a different experience. We will return either as a family or with older friends. The gentleman on the desk was informative and friendly. The experience was genuinely fun.

The kids had a lot of fun but they need to rethink their birthday packages! We had a 10 person birthday party with cupcakes. We paid extra for the cupcakes but they said they didn’t have a designated area to eat the cupcakes and that I would have needed to pay for the decorations package and that would include an extra 30 minutes in the rooms to eat the cupcakes! Also- when we started the games we had 2 rooms and one of our rooms had younger kids and we thought they would explain how to play but they didn’t help at all- they just put them in the rooms! No real customer service or assistance whatsoever with the party!

good fun time! the squid game activity was actually very interesting and interactive! went with friends, full group of 6. it was challenging to coordinate our movements by walking back and forth, but the game was fun. recommend for a cheaper night out with friends!

I am frustrated, I accidentally booked something and realized I booked the wrong day. The second after I realized I tried to contact someone. Nobody answers the phones (I called yesterday too to ask a question) and everything online is AI. I want to cancel the reservation, but it won’t let me because it’s not 48 hours in advance. I don’t know how else to get a hold of anyone! I won’t ever book again, be careful if you are booking day of!

So much freaking fun. My husband and I went for an anniversary activity. We had a blast. You have these hats with sensors on it and the walls are touch screens. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is because with the amount of activity, you get really thirsty and they only offer Dr.Pepper for purchase.

This was a Christmas gift for my 5 year old son, we did the paw patrol experience. Myself, my wife and my son had the most fun ever! Everything was clean and worked perfectly. It even gives you a break halfway which was nice, my son had to use the bathroom. Staff was great help too
