⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am very satisfied with this business! I called and got an immediate response. Within 10 minutes I was at the store, got exactly what I inquired about, and was on my way. You do have to be "let in" once you arrive, but that’s completely understandable. I came in right before closing (around 8 PM on a Saturday), and the store wasn’t crowded or hectic at all. It had a chill, casual vibe that anyone would feel comfortable walking into. The associate or store manager who helped me was very professional and kind she appeared to be an African American woman (and if I’m mistaken, please forgive me), but she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. I truly have no complaints. Amazon misdelivered my package, and honestly, I wish I’d just come here first for my wand!

My friends and I just turned 18 and we were so excited to go to good vibes a Bay Area institution. As soon as we walked in we felt very UNwelcomed. I have never been treated so badly anywhere while I was here. They checked ID which we totally understood but was giving us dirty looks even though we were extremely respectful, quiet, not touching things and overall good customers. Maybe it was because we were young which is why they were so rude but we are 18 which is apart of their requirement to be in the store so we don't understand why we were treated so poorly. As recent grown ups, we wanted to explore new stores and different parts of womanhood and this was a horrible experience.

Unfortunately my experience went from great to horrible when I realized I was quoted the wrong price. When I called to talk to the manager I quickly realized that there's no point explaining what happened (the manager immediately became argumentative) because their no return policy also means they refuse to do anything not even a minor discount or store credit. So beware before you go into this store and spend over $400 dollars on merchandise. They do not care about their customers. You might as well buy online and get cheaper prices. Also if you are disabled with a visual impairment ask someone to go with you so you get an accurate price quote on the items you want to purchase. Honest mistakes happen. The woman helping me was great but we had one miscommunication that ended up with me losing money and not satisfied with my experience. Unfortunately, I have to go back and use two punchcards worth of discounts I got from my visit. I would have preferred to use them on the misquoted item instead. After that I will go back to shopping online. Supporting local businesses just isn't worth it anymore if there's no personal touch and any mistake lands on the customer's shoulders.

Customer service is HORRIBLE!! They lied and then refused to take back an unopened package (still sealed) of paper rose petals, stating that all sales are final. I understand for sex toys but they sell clothing and all kinds of other products. No signs next to the register stating that either. The condescending look and tone of the guy working the register is the reason I will never return to that establishment again. What happened to customer service? I can easily go online and order whatever I want, at a much cheaper price. I chose to visit this establishment bc I thought I would receive a better experience with a personal touch. The lady last night was eager to help answer questions and sell me a ton of products- without mentioning that all sales were final! So disappointed. If retailers want to stay in business, make sure your employees are well informed and TRAIN THEM so they don't speak rudely to your customers.

Very fun experience! The person who assisted us was extremely knowledgeable and led us to the right product. Great atmosphere. They have toys that operate w a phone app for added features 🤯

Good Vibrations in Oakland is AWESOME. This is not your traditional "Sex Shop". First, everything is well lit and everything is displayed with pride. Second, the products are all top notch, if Good Vibrations sells it there is a reason! Shopping in here doesn't make you feel creepy at all and better yet, the staff are well versed in the products and their uses. Aside from all that good stuff, they have some of the best prices on the net. There's nothing better than being able to see the products up close and not have to deal with shipping.

The employees are extremely kind !! Asked if I needed any help and told me about deals going on. I always feel comfortable and safe walking in and purchasing merchandise from this store !!
