County Line Adult Superstore

Went in this evening looking for one think. Upon entering the atmosphere was a bit unwelcomeing, I helped myself at looking at the case sinc I knew what I needed. Wasn't approached so I went to one of th employees asked for the piece I was looking for and met with "idk what that is" That's fine, so I tell her what it is I'm looking for and she corrected me, a bit annoyed but okay.... She asks the other employee, no one knows what it is, I have them show me the product so I can show them what I need. I wouldn't be agitated if they didn't have it or didn't know, but the atmosphere was abhorrent and then they corrected me when when had no idea how hat it was in the first place. Employees need better training, they are uneducated of products and had less than appealing attitudes.

The employee that calls herself Honey is extremely rude, carries a bad attitude and has zero people skills. I was denied assistance with my purchase. 3-25-25 9:30am.

This is one of the cleanest adult stores I’ve been in, and I feel extremely comfortable coming here with my husband. It’s not at all sleazy or dirty, and the employees are usually very helpful and friendly. The only reason for my giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because there are times (about 60% of the time) that the employees are simply amazing! The other 40% of the time the employees are downright rude, unfriendly, not at all helpful and borderline rude if you ask a question. No sense of humor at all. Prices are reasonable. Selection is excellent. If I could change anything it would be to add some viewing rooms in the back.

I love this little shop, and the lovely and helpful people that run it! They have a variety of things to choose from, on either side of the store! (Half being the smoke shop and the other being the adult side!) more often than not I find things here are cheaper than ordering online, so it’s super convenient to not have to wait. Only negative is I have bought a few faulty items, and if they don’t work there isn’t really a way to fix it other than buying another and hoping for the best! Otherwise I highly recommend stopping in!

Convenient if you need to see a product before you buy, depending on what you go there for. It’s always very clean and organized. Sometimes the staff is really helpful and occasionally you encounter the ones that are bothered by someone needing assistance but overall never a bad experience. The inventory isn’t as vast as when you shop somewhere else online but you get the benefit of knowing what you are buying immediately rather than relying on pictures and descriptions online.

The parking can be a little tight. But the staff, are very friendly, and helpful. Their prices are a little high. But this is the basins. I browsed about an hour before making a purchase. And at no time did I feel as if I was be watched over. Their members club can save you a few dollars, so I sajest joining.
