Carlie's

Great place. Prices better than other places. Selection is great. The service was fabulous. She was extremely helpful in the kindest way. Will be back.

Excellent selection! Lady is super chill and a dope vibe 🖤

Great store, even better customer service, employees there are very nice and informative about sales and different items they have and just got in! Will definitely be back!

They have a pretty good variety of stuff, & their prices on most things are more affordable in comparison to other adult stores. Also, the woman working was very polite.

Best customer service I’ve ever received! Also very organized, I find exactly what I want with ease every time I visit.

Product was faulty, they have policy stating no refunds no exchanges but the employee said she would write our name down and shouldn’t be a issue if product didn’t work properly! Product was completely dead. She did start charging it but after bout 10 mins still charging and wouldn’t come on yet she said just charge it completely and we would be fine NOPE!!!! Well after going back and forth with mgr. etc. we just basically wasted our money! And nothing was done to help us! The employee was at fault she wasn’t suppose to sell us the product without showing us that it worked properly mgr. said that was policy but even with that it was just have a nice day and thanks for the money. We will not go back and will make sure people know bout this

Meka (think that's how you spell it) was amazing. I was in there shopping for a close friend that is too shy to go in themselves. She was an amazing help. She is wonderful to look at by the way. And I plan on making multiple purchases due to her having such great customer skills.
