I absolutely love this location, and Jayleen was an amazing help at choosing the things I got! I wasn't sure what I was really going for when I went into the shop, but its always a fun time in here, and they enjoy helping people find what really works for you! If you're still on the fence about these kinds of shops, Lovers is the place to go before anywhere else!

Good selection of products, the store is clean & well organized. Professional staff help with questions. Feels like shopping at any other store. Parking is right out front and free. 5 minutes off of I-5. Great for last minute items, protection, etc. Street level entrance with a sidewalk out front. Accessible parking is available in the parking lot. Aisles are wide enough for mobility devices. They have a rewards program, and often give, ' __% off a purchase next time' coupons. Prices on the website match in store prices. Queer supportive. Tucking supplies available.

Great store, friendly people, and amazing services! Love the work they do, and I love coming back. Very wheelchair accessible and accommodating staff, with helpful advice and a wonderful attitude. Couldn't recommend this place more to those looking for supplies in the bedroom

The shop is cozy and nicely set up. Not a huge selection, but good enough if you’re not looking for anything super specific. When my friend and I went today (12/27/25), though, one of the employees was a real pain. She repeatedly followed us around asking if we had questions (we did not and would’ve just approached her if we did) and rambled a lot in an unintelligible and unhelpful manner. My friend felt like she was rushing us to choose and I was just annoyed. The same employee was also trying to pressure us into buying toy cleaner and lube at the counter (and then went on another multi-minute ramble about it), even though we said we didn’t want it multiple times. It was more than a gentle recommendation, too, she was prying into our personal habits to try convincing us we were doing things wrong. We ended up leaving with nothing because she scared us out of buying and we both felt uncomfortable. Why can’t you just take our money and be done with it? Extremely unprofessional, and if I were someone less comfortable with sex toys, I’d probably never go into a sex shop again.

LIZZIE is an amazing customer service agent. She made the exchange process so much less stressful and far less embarrassing then we thought it was going to be. She's very classy and gracious, and she treated us with so much thought and care.

KARA was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were able to quickly help us find some really good products while helping us maximise our savings. We’ve also had multiple pleasant experiences with other staff, and were able to find really GOOD toys (IYKYK) We’re around 20ish miles out, but will keep frequenting shop 🙂

Website says open, sign says open, they’re in there with the door locked at 11. Wild. If there were anything other shop local to me I would go there. This is making Spencer’s seem like the better option.
