This is a pay by the half hour or hour deal, but it takes 20 mins to find a game that works as it should. The machines are in a state of disrepair. There were multiple machines with no balls, the flippers would either not respond or get stuck, and screens were broken so you couldn’t see the score. The girl working never looked up from her phone, which just matched the state of the games. The owners response states that they have a full time tech, but I have a hard time believing that. If they actually do, then sell a few games and let’s give the tech a fighting chance to get these up and running! The selection is actually pretty good, if they worked, but doesn’t include any new games. Maybe one option to help make things a little better is to add a digital card scanner to each machine that you can have either an unlimited timer or a pay per game, which is what almost all pinball halls are going to now.

Like a dream come true with the classic movies and series. Pinball Palace is super fun and a it's a nice place to spend time at. Totally worth it. I'll give it a 5/5 with time well spent.

This is coming from someone who isn’t too familiar with pinball machines - I’m not sure why the reviews are so critical. We went on a Tuesday and purchased a half hour of time to spend playing pinball. There’s literally dozens of pinball machines here to try out! I’ve never seen a place like this, so it seemed like a very unique experience. Unfortunately, a few of the machines that we tried out had issues with it, hopefully they will work on repairing them in the near future. If you’re attending Dezerland, visit this! It’s a very unique experience that is definitely worth checking out!!

Reasonably priced. Fun games. Nice low lighting. Great oldies music playing. They even have step stools for kids which was a nice accommodation. There's a separate room with a small museum of antique pinball machines. I noticed a few reviews complaining about inoperable machines, but there are so many working machines and many of these retro machines are antiques and it's understandable how they may need a little extra care. Definitely will return!

Do not waste your money!!!! I wish I had read the reviews or even looked at the machines before paying $15 for an hour of play. They have a ton of cool machines, many that are favorites from growing up. But none of the ones I wanted to play worked. The others that at least gave you a ball either barely worked, the balls got stuck, flippers didn't work, or broken parts were laying inside the machine. My two friends and I only found a single machine in the whole place that fully worked. We thankfully had fun playing this one for most of our time before our movie. I mentioned to one of the attendants that the machines were in really bad shape and he said, "I don't disagree with you." Kind of like the entire Dezerland Park, it feels like someone bought a ton of things just because they could, but didn't care at all to maintain anything. The "auto museum" is also a collection of old junk that's in horrible condition. If you actually enjoy playing pinball, don't waste your money here.

Was looking for something to do not Disney related and stumbled upon this hidden gem that I found thru a Groupon search… got a special, an hour of play for $8 . SCORE!! I’m telling you we had a blast .. I was running around like a kid in an arcade down the shore 50 years ago. Soooo much fun! Couldn’t help but smile the whole time ! Getting the great deal was an extra bonus.. I was told that the Groupon might not add right away, but don’t believe that — Because it did ! Lol Great hour of fun 🎉

We got a Groupon for all day pinball but only were there 1.5 hours due to some or most of the games not functioning properly or at all. We made the best of it, split a Coke and enjoyed our time there. The girl behind the counter was polite and quick.
