Their selection is incredible—so many options, beautifully organized, and genuinely high-quality. You can tell they really care about creating a comfortable, welcoming shopping environment. A huge shout-out to Indigo, who helped us throughout the visit. Their customer service was outstanding—knowledgeable, patient, kind, and made the whole experience feel easy and fun. It’s rare to meet someone who truly listens and knows exactly how to guide you without pressure, and Indigo did that perfectly. Highly recommend checking out this location if you’re in Phoenix. I’ll definitely be back! 💜

This is such a huge store! They have a great selection of his and her's lingerie. And they have the best selection of toys. Dildos, bullets, rabbits. They have prostate toys for the guys. And remote controlled panty vibrators. Sex dolls, pocket pussies,lec flesh lights, sex furniture. S&M bondage restraints, spreader bars, lube, massage oil, condoms , and more. I recommend stopping in at one of the Castle locations, and checking out their awesome selection! The lady employee was so knowledgeable about every product, or item I asked about. She helped me find sizes in the Valentine's lingerie they had beautifully displayed. I looked for her name on my receipt, and it's not there. She was working with her manager Kevin. I love this shop! And they always provide great and informative information. They are not just trying to sell you something they want to get you a product to fit your need.

This store is a lot different from any other adult store I've been to. The employees are very helpful and full of knowledge! Usually at these kind of stores the staff doesn't talk to me at all until I check out, so I was a little caught off guard when I went into Castle and Lexxie came up to me with a warm smile and immediately started up conversation with me. When I told her about the things I've had in the past and what I didn't like about them, she had some great recommendations for things she thought I would like better. There are SO many different things these days, so I'm glad she could help me narrow down my options. I ended up buying somethimg completely diffrrent than I thought I was going to get, I'm really excited for it! I also wasn't expecting to be educated on lubricant, but I'm actually really glad she talked with me about those because there are way more different kinds than I ever realized! Also got some aphrodisiac candies, it's going to be a fun weekend!

Girlfriend and I just made our first trip to this location and it was an absolute blast. First, Mal and Mars were the most incredibly helpful and informative associates I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by, in any store regardless of industry. A wealth of knowledge and advice, recommending pros and cons for all levels of the products we looked at (and we looked at everything), ensuring we made informed decisions about what we were purchasing, even if it wasn’t the crème de la crème in its category. Second, they’re just incredibly fun to be helped by! I haven’t had that much fun in an adult shop ever, and their fun appropriately silly and friendly demeanor was the cherry on top of a dessert of a shopping trip. What started as a quick stop for an adult item, became a fun filled adventure in adult shopping and culminated in 3 hours and many many purchases, and one of many very long and exciting, blissfully exhausting nights of fun and frivolity while we explored our spoils from the days adventure.
