Fascinations

Used to come here literally once a week. At least. I am an online sex worker so this place is very convenient and next to me. Literally everyone knew my husband and I. My husband and I were in there around 1:25pm on September 6, 2025. we were the only ones in there and the only blonde girl working the counter was someone who hadn’t recognized before. She literally quit followed my husband and I the WHOLE time. Gave us no privacy. It was super weird and made us uncomfortable that she was right next to us following us. When I finally got my item I wanted to buy, she came up to us by the items, grabbed the dildo and said, I’ll take it up there for you. Like what? We felt so uncomfortable. It’s like she thought we were gonna steal. I encourage the owner/manager to look at the cameras, and you’ll see we come in often. We will not be coming back and spending our money at groove cause that was a very unpleasant experience for us and people deserve privacy. I understand there might be an issue with people stealing, I get it, but having someone following you around the store is weird.

Kristen was so helpful finding exactly what I was looking for! Very professional and the location had great music. Definitely my go to regular place for these types of items. 😉

My husband and I stopped in while we were using the EV chargers out front. From the moment we stepped in the door, till the moment we left, we were followed by the employee. We were the only 2 in the store at the time. She was so close to us, literally 2 or 3 feet away and she kept intruding on our conversation and interrupted us several times. We decided to put the item we were going to buy back and leave because she made the entire experience awkward and unpleasant. None of the other fascination locations do this!

Ok, i am not sure what is going on, but it's 9:30pm, and they are closed? Hmmm, strange as the hours on the property says 8pm? Now I know for a fact the owner arbitrarily decided to change the hours very recently, as I was here 2 months ago. So I have to question the wisdom, behind this decision, since we are summer hours, competition is open till midnight, due to nature of business.

The young lady working was so much help! She answered every question I had and made sure I knew how to work everything!

The blonde working was extremely knowledgeable, and helped me find everything I was looking for. Will be coming back!
