Raziel is the sweetest staff and my favorite! Provided excellent recommendations! Always Showed a genuine interest in my needs so I felt less shy talking about my interested in toys and ect. Also, the store is a pretty great spot too for the theaters and the variety of toys!

I think this place should be supervised by the health authorities. I believe this place doesn't meet health standards; it's dirty, and on top of that, they charge a lot for entry, and they don't even maintain it properly. There are always condoms scattered all over the floors in the theater rooms, and there are also insects that shouldn't be there because they are harmful to people's health. I think it's a place I wouldn't recommend, and besides, the person in charge has a bad attitude and doesn't even have a professional appearance for working at the counter. It looks like he's only there to fulfill his obligation; he has no manners whatsoever. I wanted to buy some products, and he didn't even tell me how they work. I don't know if it's because I went at midnight, but in my opinion, he's not a good salesperson.

I was told on the phone that the product I needed was available, so I drove 40 minutes to the store. When I arrived, they gave me a different product than what we discussed. I paid for it, and before I even left the store, I realized it was not the correct item and asked to exchange it. They refused and said they do not do exchanges, even though I had not left the store yet. This is unacceptable customer service. I was misinformed, given the wrong product, and then forced to keep it. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I had the best time here today! Thank you so much . I will definitely be back and next time I'll stay longer and not be as shy. today was my first time in a theater so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I had a blast! I can't believe how much I really liked it, I've been missing out all this time! I plan on checking out the Thomas Street location on the 12th of January I'll be there super early like 5:00 a.m. to about noon any I'd love to see you there
