Chuck E. Cheese

I'm a member in Chuck E Cheese. I visit them pretty often with my daughter. She loves being here. Even though we know the games and pattern here, she loves to come and play them often. The ambience and service is pretty good. It's pretty clean and well maintained. Occasionally we have seen some games out of order, but never too long. We always had a great experience.

I am extremely disappointed with my visit to Chuck E. Cheese. The service was terrible and the staff were incredibly cold. When I informed them twice that the games were broken and still deducting credits from our cards, they coldly told me they would send someone, but no one ever showed up or cared. One water-shooting game was barely functional with the water constantly cutting out. I have videos documenting this negligence and the broken machines. It was a total waste of money and a shameful way to treat customers—save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

I visit various CC locations to chk out the differences and so far, this location is the lessor. The cashier must have been a newbie: had to repeat my order a few times, he entered my pizza wrong as a 5 Meat AND Supreme which costed me extra and my son hates veggies on the pizza. He forgot my salad utensils and no pizza plate. I told him i have a Gold Pass which he forgot to aply, tring to charge me full price. Also did not me if I wanted my receipt. The salad is lacking as the lettuce was fully of water. I am a Gold Pass member and visit every Friday, I am not sure I will be renewing when the time comes.

We had my son’s 4th birthday party here and he couldn’t have had a better day. For starters their birthday package prices are more reasonable than most places we have had other parties. Our party host, Liam, was great. Very informative and very attentive! We didn’t feel rushed or pressured to have our party flow a certain way. All the kids aged 3-12, had a great time. My son loved the ticket blaster and just had the best day. If you don’t think two hours is long enough, I promise you it is. Thank you Liam and thank you Chuck e Cheese Plano!

Chuck E. Cheese is a great place for kids’ birthday parties and family fun. The games are fun for different ages, and the atmosphere is energetic and exciting. Andrea, our party host, was amazing very friendly, organized, and helpful, and she made the party run smoothly. The kids had a great time, the pizza was good, and everything was well managed. Overall, it was a fun and stress free experience for parents. We would definitely come back.

I am so happy to share with my daughter the same chuckle e cheese experience that I had when I was a kid. Do you even realize how lucky we all are to be blessed with a rebranded childhood franchise that has survived the pandemic? The whole place was fresh and clean and new. No old school anything. The staff were understandably a little jaded I'm sure because of all the dang kids terrorizing the place everyday. But overall I had an amazing experience and I was honestly impressed how the man chuck e cheese himself has the birthday experience down to a science! The only constructive feedback I would give would be to perhaps turn the volume up just a little during the song and dance portion, it was very low when I was there. And have the mouse interact a little more, there were some awkward moments where he was just standing there. But this was indistinguishable to all the kids and it might as well have a been Disney for them, they were all ecstatic! And I was happy with the price and options offered, very reasonable and I will go back for many years with my girls. THANK YOU CHUCK E CHEESE WE LOVE YOU ❤️🫶

I have been to Chuck E. Cheese many times and it’s always pretty decent. The food is good, the employees are friendly, and the games are fun. Chuck is nice and makes the place feel welcoming. Overall, it’s a good place to go and have a fun time!
