Love Toys & Lingerie

The only reason there is one star is because it won't let me leave a review with no stars, but that is what it deserves! Unfortunately, after today I can no longer stand behind the previous review I left (Great little shop! Friendly and helpful staff, like Jerry, good variety and reasonable prices!) years ago. Except for the part about Jerry being the only friendly staff member at Love Toys & Lingerie. I have been coming to this store for many years and have spent alot of money in the store, but will no longer do so after being verbally attacked with aggression and swear words by the worker there today, after coming into the store and spending money there. The worker was so obnoxious and unprofessional for no good reason and I will no longer be a patron of a facility that speaks and treats their customers the way I was treated there today! They have lost a good long time customer today! I would recommend going just down the street to the Adult Video Warehouse Store, instead of going to this place (Love Tous & Lingerie), as they do not value or respect their loyal patrons!

Everyone here is very rude , also don’t buy anything that can break because you can come back 20 minutes later they will tell you that if you left store with product they do not return and not even exchange’s !!!!

Their clothes are a bit pricier here. No sales, nothing under $30 (only a couple items).

i’m very happy that this place have privacy now however, the overnight worker is extremely rude

Jerry was amazing help, He’s very knowledgeable and gets right to the point. I felt very comfortable talking with him and he helped me see things in a different perspective to help my relationship blossom. this guy deserves a promotion!! 100% recommend

Great experience! Jerry was super helpful and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Lots of great options in an unassuming little store. I look forward to going back!

Been going to this toy store for years, absolutely love it. Jerry is AWESOME he's very good at his job knows the products. Helps you find similar toys if they don't have what you want. I'd give them 100 stars if I could. ❤️
