As I walked in, I was instantly greeted with the most friendly and welcoming energy from Wade. It was my first time in and they instantly made me feel comfortable and ensured that if I needed anything at all, that’s what they are there for. Before checking out, I had a question and Chandler answered it quick with lots of knowledge and just genuine kindness. Both staff members contributed to some of the best customer service I have ever received!

Came in and bought something with my husband 11/4. The gentleman who helped us today is the one who originally sold it to us. We couldn’t get the product to work properly. My husband came back to try and exchange it but he didn’t know it didn’t work so we came back later to find the same gentleman who sold it to us. He helped us figure it out but today he was so rude. Once he got it work he set it down and said have a good day and walked away. We were planning to purchase more items but due to his rudeness my husband and I just looked at each other and said I guess we aren’t buying anything else as we felt shooed away. Not sure if he was having a bad day or what but won’t be coming back here since he was so rude this visit. Way different from the first time we came in and he was pretty helpful. We just didn’t know how the product worked and the button is not easy to turn on and off.

This place is fantastic! The staff is friendly, which is great, but they also really know their products. Great selection and comfortable vibes. Thanks in particular to Wade!

Never returning… having to repeat my phone number 3 times in a place where sexual predators could take note of it verbally… 3TIMES…. Also no means no. I do not need to nor do I want to hear the rest of your question to donate anywhere. I knew what you were asking and for your staff to ignore my NO and then tell me I need to respect them and let them finish shows how much they respect consent. This is like the 3rd or 4th rude interaction with the same male staff member.

The experience was good. I thought it smelled good in there and it was also clean and organized and a cool environment. I know everyone has already talked about this, but I did think it was good customer service and it was quick in and out Because I was a little bit nervous going in. Sadly, I was looking for a long strand of stringed thick beads, which they did not have but I settled for something else. Overall nice

This place is wonderful. The selection is incredible and the staff are so patient and knowledgeable! Wade listened to what I was looking for and gave me multiple suggestions. The entire experience felt calm, safe, and comfortable. New favorite store! Wish I could tip them though! With all the advice they give they 100% deserve it!

Popped in a few days ago. Wade greeted me and offered help. I didn't need it so they gave me space to browse. Later they told me about the sales. Found a cute little outfit. The store is great. The staff are great. Most things are out of my price range though. I do highly recommend their Lover's brand toy cleaner and lube.
