The Fifth Wheel Adult Superstore

This was the worst experience as I have ever had in any store or any place that I have ever been never mind it’s uncomfortable going into the stores but then when the people are rude, disrespectful and ignorant, it makes it all that much worse and then when you call them out about it nicely, they continue to badger you. It was all about the way she went about it. She said she was the manager at that so that’s the type of people they have managing their stores. I also will be calling the owner and talking to the owner cause people shouldn’t be able to treat you like that obviously she was clearly having a bad day or whatever it was. I complied with her request and then she still continued to badger me about it so I know that there’s another shop right across the street so I would be going to that one. I wouldn’t be going to this one for the way. People are treated awful experience.

Been twice now. Once was two males working, they were respectful and professional. I got what I needed but wanted to come back for more with my boyfriend. Came back with my boyfriend, a female was working. She was helpful with any questions about the shave cream, lubes and reminded us of batteries for our toys. Didn’t get everything we wanted so we will be back. Absolutely love it

What a fantastic store this is!! Everything from the decor, the vast choice of goods and the gorgeous lingerie is really wonderful! Reasonably priced too! I was particularly impressed with the staff too, extremely professional yet super friendly. Nothing was too much for the lovely lady who served us I just wish I had taken her name. Highly recommend this place I will definitely be returning to purchase more! Keep up the great work guys xxx

I appreciated getting honest feedback from the friendly, not pushy, helpful sales lady when I spent over $150 on a new toy and a couple accessories. When I told her what sort of "feel" I wanted she gave me several options at various price ranges then when I asked which one she would suggest she helped me choose the right product for me. Much thanks since I left my own products at home while going to our summer house. I’ll be stopping at this clean store again next time I travel thru.

The selection of toys is really good but the lingerie selection not so much. Prices are steep even for a brick and mortar. Customer service tonight left a lot to be desired. I told her that I hoped she would have a better night, she stated she was having a good night. I said then you are just rude then. Instead of asking me 3 times about batteries you could just have answered my yes or no question if there was a rechargeable one instead.

Don't shop here! First time shopping there. Bought a toy for my wife. Opened the package at home and the base was in two pieces. Went back the next day knowing it was unlikely to get a refund or exchange. The cashier was very rude and told me that I was lying and broke it, trying to unscrew the base. Good news is that she exchanged it. The bad news is that I would have rather been told to contact the manufacturer than to be accused of lying. I wasn't worried about the $50.00 purchase. I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable. Being jaded must be a side affect from working at that kind of business.

I had the pleasure of stopping at this store during a recent trip. I was met with very friendly and savvy staff. I was able to pick up some fun essentials for my weekend getaway and then some. Great place! Very inviting and great for couples!
