Spencer's

I made an online order to pick up in store on a Thursday night. They had canceled/refunded the order by the following Monday morning. If this is Spencer's policy, I must have missed the microscopic print. The pickup email came with unclear instructions ("please pickup within 2 of receiving this email"). Apparently, they can't be bothered to hang on to a beanie for less than a week.

Not really ever likely to go back to this site again. I had my head bit off by an employee named Jasmin (this was on her tag). I asked a super simple question and she was instantly defensive. I tried to explain something and was barked at with "we can get a manager!" And she stormed off. I didn’t even ask or mention management. Honestly if it wasn’t for the gentleman there with her I’d have just left and not bought anything. The manager was nice but after I told the angry one thank you and I appreciate it I was met with a bag shoved at me and a cold shoulder. I hope she’s ok but never in a million years would I ever act like that in front of let alone to a customer…

Don't trust the signs. If it's on sale, it's probably not. Got 2 items from BOGO 50% off lingerie section, one of them wasn't on sale, I guess it was technically not lingerie , so I went back to get a second item. Next person (with me, but paying separate )had clearance buy 1 get 1 for $1 but it didn't ring up right, so they checked the sign and got told that they were right and got a refund for the difference... But then employees removed both signs as I was at the register and so they refused to give me the deal. Got both the items since I spent so long finding a second item, but it's BS they wouldn't honor it. Never shopping at Spencer's again.

I love this Spencer's, they're always very nice and usually leave me alone to shop which I actually really like. They always have something new and I've never had any problems.

Went into the store just now and it reeked of body odor and just smelled disgusting. The girl who was there got offended when I asked if it smelled. She then instructed me that she was "rockabilly" or something like that which I guess is punk and they don't wear deodorant. I will never come back to this store if employees do not use proper hygiene.

We were looking for gifts for a gay friend, and we found some very unique ones. We were unable to find these kind of gifts anywhere else. Spencer's has a wide variety of Rainbow 🌈 inspired gifts

I went in the store to find some cool sunglasses, knowingly passing a display of sunglasses meant for smaller people. I talked to one of the employees and asked him where the sunglasses wore. With a rather unwelcome and annoyed tone he told me that passed them on the way in. I told him that those sunglasses wore very low quality and seemed to be a little too small for a average teenager. He then proceeded to talk to me like I had just dissed on the whole store. I left the shop and decided I will not be going back to that store again. Although I do like the stores clothing and cool gag stuff.
