I found the staff to be extremely friendly, adequately helpful without being weird, and completely efficient. Great selection of just about anything you may need or want with logical organization for shopping ease. Are the prices higher than the internet, sure, somebody's gotta pay the bills. Does the internet offer something you can touch and access at that moment, nope, so choose accordingly folks. First time visiting and wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

Don’t even waist your time going into this place. If you’re gonna go in do some windows shopping and take pictures of what you want and order off Amazon. A $15 bottle of lube is marked up to $32, a c-ring that was marked $74 well.. that exact same c-ring on Amazon is $14. This place is a HUGE rip off. I literally cannot believe the prices they’re charging for such cheap products. I truly hope another shop opens up and puts them out of business because what they’re doing is damn near criminal.

They were so friendly and helpful, made my friend and I’s first time in an adult shop fun and welcoming. The two girls who were working when we went in wore masks, they did take our IDs but again we understood we both just became able to go into an adult store. But they gave us a welcoming tour and asked questions to help see what we were looking for. Even discounted because it was our first time. And when I went in the second the other girl that day was very nice.

Pandora is a wonderful helpful lady who knows great customer service. It's nice to be able to go into a store, to be able to get quality advice about products and not feel judged. That is our new go-to store for our marital accessories. I will recommend this place to all my friends.

I will never shop there again. Not only did they not wear masks but the bearded guy working there had, what can only be construed as his boyfriend, (a short bald guy with no mask either) were saying rude stuff about me behind my back even before I left the building. It made me very uncomfortable and self conscious. It's my wife's and my anniversary coming up. A customer shouldn't be made to feel that way. And not to mention it was really expensive there too.

Went in looking for a specific item and couldn’t find it ourselves. We were going to leave empty handed but Joshua checked up on us. We told him we didn’t find anything but after a quick few questions he personally sought out a few items and made sure they were going to be right for us.
