Adam & Eve Stores

The one with blue hair is always so helpful and is very informative, always a delight to work with, but this past week when I went in, there was a new guy I've never seen before, a taller, skinny black guy who would not quit bothering me and my partner. Anytime we were discussing something he would insert himself into our conversation to try and sell us something we didn't need and didnt even ask for, and it left us feeling extremely uncomfortable and rushed. If this is how they chose to start running this store, then we will have to find a different business to shop at

Edit: The lighting situation is fixed so I updated my rating. This store is mid. The employees are super nice and helpful, and they have a decent selection of products, as well as informative displays, which I thought was pretty cool. However, the lighting in the place left much to be desired. It was so dimly lit it's like they were my cheap grandma trying to light the whole place on ambient outdoor light alone. Gave a strong sense that they were closed or wanting to be. Very off-putting. I seriously had a difficult time seeing the products or reading the labels in parts of the store. Not only gives the image of cheap but also kinda creepy, looking at adult products in the dark. I'm not super interested in having an employee tell me about these products as I prefer a more discreet shopping experience, so it would be nice if I could just read stuff myself while I'm at the display, without having to go to the window to get enough light to read like a weirdo pioneer. I'm not sure what people do when shopping here at night. Really the only thing wrong was the terrible lighting situation. Otherwise the store is very clean and organized, and the employees were friendly but chill. Would be a completely different vibe if it was bright in there and actually looked like it was open.

Very lucky to have this physical store be by us. Large selection and competitive prices. Also, the staff is very knowledgeable!

The cashiers at this place are tweaking out they were yelling at me at the store about different products I quietly asked them about. When I was checking out there were at least four people behind me and the cashier proceeded to open the product out of the box that I was trying to buy, was waving it around to like they are showing everyone and kept asking me weird questions. I am not a prude but they could definitely do a better job of being more discreet I don’t need everyone in the store to know what I’m buying

Rude cashier demanded physical id’s to enter store. I’m 38 with a full beard. The lack of common sense is insulting especially in a country where you can vote without and ID but I can’t go into an adult store on a date with my wife. What joke. I’ll never be back!

Amazing store; definitely LGBTQ+ friendly and this is especially important for me (since I'm nonbinary). My wife and I did most of our adult shopping online so this was the first time we ever tried a physical location. Sarah made our first experience at Adam and Eve comfortable and welcoming. She answered all questions we had with friendliness and professionalism. I couldn't recommend this location enough! The store is clean, brightly lit and there is a large selection of products to choose from. Thank you so much for making our first experience a good one Sarah. We are definitely coming back 🙂
