I've just got to say, this place is employed with the best people for the job. They are comfortable with what they are selling, which makes me comfortable asking questions, with which they always have feedback or suggestions. The employees here always impress me with their knowledge and their ability to lay out the facts without a stutter or blushing. My experiences here have been absolutely positive.

Went yesterday around 4pm and the lady working there was simply amazing she helped me and my sister with any questions we had, had amazing customer service and I mean she is an amazing person I wish I could have got her name and tipped her. She definitely deserves a raise I am a business owner and I often just ask are people hiring to see what others are paying there employees and I mean if y'all are honestly paying 9/10 dollars an hour then this company dosen't deserve her cause she is so extraordinary. If you see this review ma'am and ever want to come work for me you will always have a job with me. Thank you so much for your time and patience you rock!!!

Jeff is very knowledgeable, funny, and easygoing. Helped me and my friends pick out a bunch of stuff. Great customer service, would go back just to say hi to Jeff.

I came in for new shoes after the Capital location was a complete disappointment in terms of service and staff. That was NOT the case at this location. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted at the front by a woman with a cast on her leg, sitting in a rolling office chair behind the register. Still, she asked me if I was looking for anything, specifically. I took the opportunity to ask for any shoes with a zipper in an 8 or 9 and without any hesitation, she rolled her way to the shoe section with me. I picked out a few shoes I liked, which, unfortunately, was out of stock in my size. Her other coworker came back from lunch and also came over to help! When I thought I would have had to wear my nail-glued shoes for one more night, they found another shoe with a zipper that wasn’t on display in a size 9. It was a perfect fit and of course, I bought it. I can’t say how thankful I am for those two ladies at this location. I tipped them extra $ just for the effort - the lady was rolling around in an office chair back and forth looking for a size 9 shoe for me for crying out loud 😭🙏🏽 1000% grateful. Will only shop at this Priscilla’s location going forward.

Really friendly & helpful staff, but that doesn't make their extremely overpriced products any lower. They had a large selection, but again I didn't see a single item worth the money they were priced at. Had nothing to do with my experience

I can understand the sentiment of an "all sales final" policy due to the nature of products being sold. However, not allowing exchanges on defective products that die after 1 charge within 5 days is poor customer service. This is an expensive product that I now have to deal with manufacturer on at my own shipping expense. My advice, go find what you want in store, and then just purchase direct from the manufacturer anyways. If they aren't standing behind the product locally, what's the point of dealing with them locally?
