Kawaii Klaws of Rancho Cucamonga

We used to come here all the time because my daughter always had fun and usually went home with a little win. We never minded spending money since it made her happy. But after today, this will be our last visit. Either the policy has changed (and not for the better) or the two girls working around noon on 10/19/2025 just didn’t care to help. We spent about 15 tries on one claw machine — it kept picking up the prize, but every time it hit the top, it shook so much that the toy fell out before it could drop into the hole. Clearly it's that machine When we asked for help, they refused. They only "fluffed it up" but wouldn’t move it closer, even after we’d clearly spent a lot of money trying. That’s not really "helping." It was just a small puppy plush! We even asked for a manager, but they said they couldn’t reach one. Honestly, this place used to be fun and fair, but now it’s no better — maybe even worse — than any other claw machine arcade. Really disappointing. We won’t be coming back.

Kawaii Klaws inside Haven City is a fun place for children and adults. They have several claw games with cute stuffed animals that you can trade up for larger prizes. It definitely can get expensive but can be loads of fun, too. The kids enjoyed it so much and walked away with a handful of stuffies. Only downside was it was very warm inside Haven City Market, especially where Kawaii Klaws is located. We didn’t stay very long due to the warm environment.

This place used to be a different type of arcade compared to the other scammy greedy arcades, now it has become just like the rest, the machines don’t payout like before, I understand it’s a business and claw machines are usually not great but it comes to a point where it is just greed, before you can walk out with a few plushies and it would stand out, it is still fun for the kids but it has become just like round 1 where you will spend $100 for maybe 1 small plushie. would not recommend coming expecting to win anything

This place was disappointing. My kids have been to a few claw machine places and this was the worst. First, machines would malfunction, closed while in the air. Then the machines with the heavy dolls always falls. They were able to catch the lighter dolls but still a horrible experience. Don't waste your money here. Also, the value of the games are very high and you are left with money on the card that will not work for any games. I didn't bother to add more money. Will not go back!

Absolute trash! Horrible service by the two girls working there who offered no service, no information. To see my daughter in tears because of their incompetence is not cool. Do not waste your time or money. They refused to give us a number to contact. Will be reaching out to the BBB

They used to have very cute plush and they are popular that you can tell who they are, but not anymore. Now they are poor quality and ugly. I think they try to save money, they made their own plush "I was won at Hawaii klaws". Not going back.
