Brianna and Makayla were very warm and inviting and extremely helpful. I had a very specific taste/idea for lingerie in mind for my girlfriend. Brianna and Makayla helped me piece together the perfect set with color, style and size They were very patient with me and I felt they rolled out the red carpet treatment from start to finish. Not on e did I feel uncomfortable or that I was wasting their time. They even caught me in the parking lot when I was about to pull away, as I forgot an item we spoke about. This is the type of experience everyone should have during a discreet and potentially awkward transaction. Thanks again Brianna and Makayla, You ladies were amazing and Hustler of Hollywood should be proud of your efforts!

Cool store. Lots of fun inventory. However our experience was pretty negative because the male clerk with the long black hair was pretty creepy. He shadowed us throughout the store while we shopped and stayed uncomfortably close to us the entire time we were shopping. He asked if he could help with anything 3 seperate times even though we made it very clear that we just wanted to shop and look around. A little personal space would have made our visit much less weird.

Helpful staff, knew just what I was looking for and even had suggestions about other things I could get to help with using and maintaining it. Thanks pretty girl with the purple glasses! Think her name was Lilith, cuz reminded me of the new Diablo game. Very knowledgeable!

Joe was not only knowledgeable about every product in the store, he made me feel at ease! His in-depth knowledge gave me confidence in my purchase. I highly recommend expert Joe at Hustler.

I had purchased a vibrator, and when I got home and put batteries in it, it didn’t work. I came back an hour later same girl that checked me out, clearly saw that the part you put the batteries in a part of it was broken. she told me to just contact the manufacturer company. What made me upset was because before I left, she didn’t test it for me or even tell me that once I leave the store it’s nonrefundable, which of course may sound obvious but I never bought a toy. I didn’t know so they sold me a broken toy from the start and there was nothing I could do because she never tested it before I left.
