Reign has been incredibly rude to me and thrown me out of the theatre for a previous occurrence that was completely untrue.. I'm baffled by her actions and have been a customer for many years ...at this and the previous location. I'm in the customer service business too and I'm saddened and offended by her out of line actions I would love to frequent your establishment but I guess I'm not welcome

Hats off to Hanna (sorry if I misspelled the name) for being so helpful. Very informative about the area when it comes to the lifestyle. Her product knowledge is top notch and made us feel very welcomed. Highly recommended for your adult fun.

Lizzy (chubby Hispanic with glasses colored hair) was very rude and kicked me and my girlfriend out. As soon as we came in and she ask for our ids didn't brother looking at my id but was more concerned about my gf. But 3 people came in behind us and she didn't id them! We spend hundreds of dollars here! NEVER coming back again. Would recommend Adam and Eve!

Sarah was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She was relaxed, told us about all the sale items and made it an incredibly comfortable environment. It was my first visit to a store like this and I’m soooo happy that I got to work with Sarah. If you go in, ask for her.

The young woman working tonight was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Made us feel very much at ease while answering our questions. Good selection with many options. Prices are higher than Amazon but the experience you get from shopping in person makes up for that. Heads up tho…you may want to call for store hours if you plan on shopping after midnight.

Boring, boring, and even more boring. Too much ceiling and side storage area bright lighting. The women clerks pay too much attention to the happenings in the arcade and theater and, as such, totally destroy the atmosphere. I’m an adult and don’t appreciate their helicopter parent approach. Potential visitors- Don’t waste your money.

Came here with my wife just to look around and see what the arcade was like, we had alot of fun when though we weren't able to stay long, going to come back when we have more time for sure! Employees were nice, customers were kind and respectful, and we really enjoyed the attention we got 😉
