HUSTLER® Hollywood

This is one of the best HH I've shopped at. Wonderful staff, nice big spacious store with lovely displays, and always awesome products! I've found so much great lingerie here, sometimes on sale for a great deal. This is what Victoria's Secret lingerie used to be like back in the day...I never leave empty handed Hustler Hollywood! Mi or My (pronounced me- unsure of spelling) was so helpful and friendly. Made for a great shopping experience! 5 stars!

Sign on door which is new says it will be open from 2pm to 10pm. So I called, spoke with David briefly, he blatantly stated that they were obviously closed if the door was locked, then hung up. It was only 6pm…. Happy holidays David

Product selection 4 out of 5 for quick grabs. Customer experience was 1.5/5 the girl working the counter asked me 4 times if I wanted to put my items I had in my hand on the counter near the register I told her I can hold it 4 separate times. When I finally finished the last moments of shopping I put the items out on the counter and she dramatically seemed more calm and stopped fake adjusting product items near me lol. She was more annoying then helpful in that situation and she kept pacing back and forth readjusting the same items that happen to be were I was shopping. The gentleman seems very knowledgeable and she did help answer great questions I had when it came to product. The experience could have been 4/5 overall if she didn’t follow me throughout the store passively.

Omg Neeka was an Amazing help for me when I went to the store the other day. She welcomed me like a Big Sister would and showed me all around the store. She even introduced me to some thangs I didn’t know about. I believe her voice and opinion matters and I hope she gets a raise or a bonus for all the wonderful work she’s doing at the store. I will see her again soon when those clear pumps are back in stock. 10 out of 10 Purr

The patience of the sales associates here is off the wall, haha. My bank wouldn't let me make the purchase, and they were so patient with us while we were dealing with horrible hold music. They were very polite, funny, and personable. The inventory here is awesome compared to any other similar shop. The lingerie is made so well not like other shops whose are made so cheaply and the lace is so thin you get to wear it once before you have holes in them. These are bone sturdy and beautifully classy to boot! Huge selection of intimate wear it was so hard to choose 😪 well, definitely be returning!

Went here with some of my female friends and the male associate(not sure if he was an owner, manager or just a sales associate) kept following us around in a very obvious way. Especially since most of the women in my group were women of color, this was super insulting not to mention creepy. We didn't end up buying anything because we were so uncomfortable and just left.
