Spencer's

I've never had a bad time in this store. I always end up finding something I love or laughing until it hurts. Thank you for helping us be ourselves and have fun, Spencer's.

Out of all the stores in the mall I have to say that Spencers has to be my favorite. They have just about anything you could want as far as novelties you could want. This is my go to store for all my guages in my ears, nipple rings, and they have a pretty decent selection of sex toys. The thing that i noticed tonight in there was that they changed the price on body jewelry, it went from buy one get one, too now it is buy two get two. I didnt really care for that though, but hell thats life. 😎🙌

I hope the two shop associates from Saturday night read this! Oh man, I'm so embarrassed! I thought the mall closed at 9, but it was 8. They were very kind and patient even though it was quarter past when I left, thinking, "Wow, a lot of these places close early!" Please forgive, thank you for your patience, and next time, don't feel bad telling a customer you're closed! (Geeze, these younger generations and their niceness. Absolutely horrible to behold! /s )

I wanted to commend one of your associates. My teenage daughter was looking at graphic T-s and I was nearby doing the same. She said "why are you following me" because she was irritated with me at the time as teenagers tend to be. The associate came over and made sure everything was alright because as far as your associate could tell, I was a stranger. I thanked her for stepping in and told her there was no need to apologize, because she was looking out for another person. Thanks again!

My favorite place in the mall...never leave without stopping by. I get all my gauges here and just love the gag items. I have bought many tees here too that are still in great quality-not faded or shrunk over time. Worth the mall price.

My friend bought me a gift from Spencer’s and accidentally left it in a store in the same mall 2 doors down. My birthday was a few days later so when this was realized and we went back to the place it was left they had returned the gift in the Spencer’s bag to Spencer’s with the receipt in it mind you. I went to Spencer’s inquiring about it only to be told they remembered that but the manager was out of town and she would call me that Monday. That didn’t happen so I called on Tuesday, which took 30 minutes because there’s only an 800 number and chat was down. The girl at the store remembered me and her manager said she needed to speak to my friend that purchased the item. When my friend spoke to them she was told it was put back in stock. Now the manager has to call tomorrow. This is absolutely the WORST customer service I’ve ever encountered! They looked up the receipt when my friend gave them the information! Come on, it’s in the bag with the receipt and you just return it to stock and never call back?!

Spencers is the best. Staff are amazing. I told the employee exactly what i was looking for and she led me through the store as if she were my personal shopper. Wish i knew her name because she deserves recognition
