I went to the back of the store immediately and I saw the glory wall oh my God they had so many options I didn't even know what to do but I finally picked on a scented one right and it was so good I think this could be my favorite store 😄

I love this store and have never had a problem before. However tonight I was there with my daughter and asked her to point out what she wanted for Christmas. I went to take a picture of the item and was told I wasn't aloud to take a picture of a plushie! First time this has ever happened to me. I've taken many pictures of things in there before. I kept my composure but absolutely wanted to lose it like really? We live in the year 2023 everyone uses their phones and a lot of parents are telling their children to take pictures of things for their Christmas list. So I said let's just go over to FYE. They were very nice over there and let me take pictures of the items she was pointing out. I wonder of that girl knows we can go online and screen shot the items. It just seemed absolutely ridiculous and doesn't make me want to go their anymore. There is no such thing there are no signs or anything stating we can't take pictures.

DO NOT GET THEIR PIERCING JEWELRY I’m just saying this from experiences. Whenever I got a piercing ring from there I always had to take it out 2 days later because there was blood and pus coming out if it. I stopped buying their septum rings and I recently tried out their eyebrow bars since I had my original one in for a while with no problem. A day after I put in one of their brow bars my piercing rejected almost immediately and was gushing blood. I took it out in the bathroom before it got any worse. I don’t think I’ll be able to salvage the piercing in my brow now, I’ll just have a gaping hole in my brow thanks to that. One star is generous. Don’t believe me? I have never handled a transaction with a more incompetent human being behind the counter in my life as today. You really need to show your staff how to handle ringing out transactions and policies of your store. This individual went above and beyond to inconvenience me even as she called a supervisor to get verification. I shop at Spencer’s for all my jewelry. I won’t be anymore I’ll get my jewelry at piercing shops now. Beyond annoyed.

This particular Greece location has amazing workers. So helpful without a problem. I guess their online system has been down since Xmas but they still helped by honoring the 20% in store coupon. Which helps a lot since I'm a huge collector

every time i go in here with friends who are black, the racial profiling they receive is actually disgusting. the staff follows you around the store and pretends to be adjusting stuff on shelves, just to tell you you can’t be that close or you have to pull your mask up. the staff ruins my experience here every single time i go, even if i’m alone. i love the stuff they have and i’ll continue to go there, but if they didn’t have cool stock i’d tell you to just stay away.
