The Caboose: Sidetrack Bookshop for Kids

My kids and I had the best time exploring this sweet kid’s bookshop. Lots for both my 4 year old and 9 year old to see. Cutest little book-themed trinkets that I’ve never seen before. The employees were so friendly and welcoming, too. We came home with a wonderful selection of books that the kids are really enjoying. Thank you!

Our daughter is autistic and wanted a book about foxes so we headed to The Caboose. Unfortunately we arrived a little after 10 and they did not open until 11 so we looked for something at Sidetrack. The owner saw us looking for a book that would peak the interest of our daughter and offered to open The Caboose so she could have a better selection. At The Caboose she helped our daughter find several books and was so patient and kind. We will always shop at The Caboose and Sidetrack, the compassion they showed us was so appreciated.

Truly an amazing bookstore they having everything for kids and different kinds of books.

Very cool shop!

The bookshop is nice and neat, a cosy place. I enjoyed this bookshop itself, so when my school announced a book fair with the bookshop, I was ecstatic. I went to the book fair and purchased two books. Both of which had print issues. One had a minor ink blot issue, the other, Warriors: the Elder’s quest, was totally messed up, it was readable, but the pages were super out of shape.

Great selection for kids! We always walk out with book.
